I am trying to get a movement going to modernize team sports as I feel many of their rules are obsolete. I am starting with the biggest problem in the biggest sport, and if I can generate interest I will continue on to other issues and sports. I would like any feedback on this idea, I know a lot of people think it isn't possible, but something must be done.
