Record or not still impressive and should help his case to enter the 1st rd

Edit: feels like the pole is a bit slant/unstable

Impressive. So he's quick and can jump really high. Thought he regress a bit a a PG though.

Feels like he’s an undersized 2, his bball iq/ decision making is susceptible. But he’s a athletic freak

Not even the best PG on his team .. I'll take RJ, Jerom, Evan over him. Anyone else I'm missing?

And in Converge he’ll probably play the traditional big man role along with Arana

He has a outside shot so he will be more of stretch 4 like their other bigs like Concepcion. Beside, who are PF that has no outside side in the PBA.

Is this legit? If so, I don't know anymore what is special about Balti for him to be the no.1 pick without putting the Converge-Pampanga ties. Kai Balunggay should be the No.1 pick if we are talking about skill, talent potential, and age. All this time I know that Balti is 6'9 lol.

In the biometrics record I saw it’s 6’6.75. Slightly taller than Ballungay. Slightly longer wingspan. But Ballungay has slightly higher standing reach. Ronan Santos actually has 0.5 longer wingspan than Balti. But if you watch MPBL Balti’s defensive presence is way above the others.

In Fiba he has shown to be a good secondary rim protector. None of our PFs have shown that, Carl or KQ. I have always thought he was slighlyy shorter than 6’7. But that doesnt change how good his rim protection has been. He is no Japeth. But for a 4 who has some outside shooting and some handles I dont think there is any better eligible 4 for Fiba. Excluding injury prone Edu.

I do feel Cansino is versatile enough to be a PG in the PBA, but I think he's gonna be the second coming of everyone's favorite undersized wing RR Pogoy. As for Nonoy, I really don't get why it's been proven time and time again that freak athletes under 6 feet don't last long or are nothing more than Joey Mente's at this level and still get drafted... at best Justin Melton where they get a good 4-year stretch after their rookie deal until they get injured and fade into those farm teams. If he can be a Bal David-type who stayed in the league long enough because he can shoot, maybe he doesn't end up like an Encho Serrano taking an MPBL deal. RJ and Jerom can shoot ergo they'll make it as pros... as for Evan? There's just way too many players like him already in the league so it'll depend on who takes him and their depth.

Case of height-padding or simply inaccurate guestimation. Now that it's official Balti is 6'6 1/2, it's safe to say he's 6'8 with shoes. Kai B. is 6'6 1/4 so should also be around 6'8 on sneakers.

In the NBA, Superstar perimeter players such as KG and KD dont want to be labelled as 7 footer or even close to be seven feet. because of the perception that 7 footers are boxed in to be just centers.

Case in point: We all know KD is taller than his preferred height of 6'9 , but look:

So basically Balti is an undersize Center? But imagine having KB as our SF for Gilas though. That exception from FIBA gonna be lit.

That’s the thing with exemptions. They are practically fantasy. The ones that got exempted only received it in their 30s. Being a PF who could shoot a bit from outside, dribble a bit and switch a bit in the perimeter is not a center. The guy is a 4. Has been decent in Fiba and is eligible. We can fantasize all we want about the ineligible Filfor bigs but that won’t change anything.

wasnt able to follow him in the MPBL, was he allowed to take outside shots?

to answer your question, Vic Manuel

AD is probably 6'9 to 6'10,

KD is similar to KG, listed at 6'11 but probably 7'1 to 7'2, both didn't want to be pigeonholed as Centers.
