Who do you think are the 10 additions for the PBA 50 greatest players.

I can name 3 players: junmar fajardo, jason castro and scottie thompson.

For all the injustices he had received in his PBA career (twice denied of the coveted PBA MVP award), it's only fair & just that Nelson Asaytono is included in the 50 PBA greatest players. Also deserving to that honor are Danny Seigle, Ranidel Deocampo & Jeffrey Cariaso. I even believed Seigle, Cariaso & RDO should have been included in the 40 greatest PBA players.

I think jayson castro is already in the top 40 list so for me my 10 will be: Junmar Fajardo, Japeth Aguilar, Nelson Asaytono, Danny Seigle, Dennis espino, LA Tenorio, Ranidel De Ocampo, Paul Lee, Olsen Racela, Jeff Cariaso. My wildcard pick is Calvin Abueva, antics aside, he has a solid career

I noticed Chito Loyzaga & Mark Pingris made it to the 40 PBA Greatest. I think they are there becoz of their defensive prowess. If that is so, then I think Gabe Norwood should also be included into the top 50.

PBA will hold next 10 players list of 50 greatest of all time... My possible 10 players should be on the list are:
1. Nelson Asaytono - No question, who else!! He should be there

2. Danny Siegle - Multiple BPC, multiple champion, A guy who started tall wingman in the PBA, a walking mismatch in his era

3. Bong Hawkins - Multiple champion, A grandslam winner, deserve to be there..

4. Arnie Tuadles - Many time champion, former ROY and multiple mythical selection..

5. Abe King - Same as Tuadles, many time champion and mythical selection

6. Junmar Fajardo - The considered PBA GOAT... Who can question his 8x PBA MVP today.. he's a legend..

7. Peter June Simon - Like Bong Hawkins, He's a multiple champion and a grandslam winner.. Part of legendary big 3 of San Mig coffee grandslam run in 2014..

8. Scottie Thompson - Probably he's there since getting MVP is a criteria and outside Junmar, only Scottie got MVP in past 10 years..

9. Ranidel De Ocampo - Many time champion , A BPC winner, A Gilas legend, He started the stretch 4 mark in the PBA.. maybe some will disagree but I think he deserves it..

10. LA Tenorio - Another many time champion, A BPC winner, a Gilas legend and loved by most of his fans.. I have some sentiments with him and Racela but I feel Tenorio have more achievements than Racela...

I think the only reason Asaytono isn't in the top 40 was due to the fact that his daughter killed a guy and injured multiple people via DUI in like 2012. When things are close its the extra stuff thats sometimes the tiebreaker.

I'll put Jeffrey Cariaso over PJ Simon.

I think Asaytono denied of MVP award twice ( in 1992 & 1997), was already a great injustice to him & his fans. I know Asaytono wasn't among the most likeable PBA player of his time, many fans say he's suplado & lacked charisma, but basketball is a game of skills, guts & physical attributes. Charisma & PR shouldn't be much of a factor.

I strongly believe Asaytono was the Most Valuable Player of his era that the PBA never awarded.

I'll put Jeffrey Cariaso over PJ Simon.

Both Cariaso and Simon have same trajectory with their respective careers, both won grandslams and key contributors.. either way deserves it by the way.. But I'm sure atleast one Purefoods guy will be listed here at next 10 list of great players

I guess that eliminates dennis espino as well since he was charged of illegal detention and went into hiding for 8 months

I remember two of Jawo's sons getting into a shootout with a 14 year old and one of them got charged with attempted murder, gunrunning and illegal drugs.

Olsen Racela should be there instead of Iskati Thompson. RDO for Manny Victorino.

The rest are deserving naman.
