Omri Casspi thread

Didn't watch the game but statistically Omri had a very good game. He didn't get a lot of PT but was surely more productive than some other of his teammates with extended minutes on the floor.

i watched this game, and in the 2nd half he was definatly the best player in the kings. (in the 1st half he just didn't get the ball..) 19 min 15 pts (77% FG) 3 rbs 1 stl, great first game for the first Israeli in the NBA don't you think?

Kind of reminds me of Shawn Marion.

Hopefully he can continue to improve (notable his shooting form) and become a good player for Kings.

I watched the game, not only because of Casspi but also because of Sergio Rodriguez. The later didn't have good game but still to of Casspi's most beautifully baskets where from him.
I is not surprising they had a good chemistry as Casspi always moving without the ball and create passes opportunities.

Casspi last night in preseason action against the Suns scored 22 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. He also made 4 of 5 in 3's.

This guy needs a nickname - How about "The Mossad Machine".:D

This nickname makes me laugh..hehe...

Another 15 point night for Casspi in a Kings' win over Memphis.

casspi is a great
he is some kind of a steal for 23rd pick.. :)

Watched the Memphis game, he was all over the place. His hustle is what's going to get him more PT.

he was injured in the game against Utah (in which the kings won btw) but came back last night and he was awesome!
12 pts (4/6 3 pointers) 10 ribs (all def ribs) 5 asists! 3 steals. and 36 minutes! (a new record for him :p) he's getting better and better, knows hi's job and not tries to do what he can't, also works very hard, that's looking great so far!

Too bad they are not showing any Kings' games over here. I am curious to see him play.

He is an interesting case of someone that was a non-factor in Europe but with an immediate impact in the NBA.

I don't know if I would say he was a non-factor in Europe, but he seems to be picking up the NBA game much faster then people expected him too.

Definitely, he had 12 points (all on threes), 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals in career-high 36 minutes... over Golden State... but he missed all four free throws he took (???)

that's really weird.. he got really bad FT % so far.. that's actually the worst thing about him so far :) he improved in everything else.

another good game by omri with 17 pts&8 rbs in 36 mins (17 pts-career high for casspi in hi's not so long career so far..)

casspi's getting better&better, 15 pts 3 rbs 1 ast in 27 mins (got ejected after a second technical foul, actually in the second one he did nothing, tinsley locked hi's arm and all he did was trying to get hi's arm back and the stupid refs believed tinsley's shit and ejected him)

new career high by Omri! 18 pts (4 rbs 1 ast 1 stl 30 mins)
he looks like one of the top 10 rookies so far so i hope he'll keep playing that good and make it to the rookies game :p

yeah casspi is doing a great job as a supporting casts of kings.
even though he was not a major scorer he still contributes.

casspi keep on doing hi's job (and he does that great) not a star, yet a pretty important player for the kings so far. this time 12 pts&5 rbs

Casspi with 14 pts. in 18 mins vs. heat including the very first Israeli buzzer beater in the NBA :p (and amazing 4/4 from the 3)

Casspi's improvment from the 3 is unbelievable,he is 3rd (!!!) in the NBA in three pointers % with 51.2% (21/40)
