Notable UAAP transferees for next season.
Escamis- UE >Mapua
Cuajao - DLSU> Letran
Turco- DLSU> CSB
any additions?

Letran will be losing their big four of Yu, Paraiso, Caralipio and Sangalang. In Team B the prominent ones are 5-10 guard from Adamson HS JR Guevarra, 6-1 slasher Deo Cuajao, former LSGH Diego Morales and big man 6-5 Ken Brillantes. Veteran transferee Ira Bataller is also there.

San Beda will lose JB Bahio and most likely James Kwekuteye. Bench guards Tagle, Alloso, Llarena, Tagala will be most likely be relegated back to Team Behold to give way to Brendon Ocampo, Collin Dimaculangan and AJ Royo. Also in Team Behold are tall, athletic wings Jomel Puno and DJ Hawkins.

DJ Hawkins comes from a basketball loving family. His father runs a youth basketball club. He has two older sisters who played NCAA Division I. Arnecia Hawkins played for Arizona State. The other sister, Armani Hawkins also suited up for Arizona State before finishing her collegiate career at North Carolina State.

DJ could be Gilas eligible. His sister Arnecia was once in the Womens Gilas pool.

Any notable RC recruit?

6???5 Justine Sanchez will have competition in his position for next season in the 6???5 pair of DJ Hawkins and Jomel Puno. Based on their video highlights both Hawkins and Puno play the perimeter especially Hawkins who played guard in the US.

Judging from Yuri Escueta???s background with Chot Reyes??? small ball system at TNT, both will probably be utilized at the 3 and 4. lol :D

At least Beda will have a properly-sized small ball lineup should they play 3 and 4, and are part of the rotation. Not 6'1"-6'2" players at 3 and 4.

Looks like 6-7 Adrian Sollano will be Red Lions bound. Although still in HS he has been practicing (not on a regular basis) with the team since the start of the semester.

Is he exclusively a center, or can he play the 4 as well?

Are Hawkins and Puno any good? Surprising that they chose the NCAA over the UAAP, that's very rare unless of course they didn't get the nod of UAAP recruiters

Fil-Canadian Puno is a nephew of former MBA Pampanga Dragons and Bedan Dave Bautista.

Mostly a 5 or center.

Suprisingly San Beda can still recruit with 10k to 15k allowance per player.

This was the rate in the early millenium. Pong Escobal and Yousif Aljamal had a 25k monthly allowance in their collegiate days.

But Pong was heavily recruited there are exceptions of course. An average player is within the 10k to 15k range. Amsali had 15 monthly allowance.
