NCAA season 102

Havent really hard anything about sga taking over ssc. They might want to focus on letran and ust. It was just a good gesture, and favor to a couple of guys already part of sga. They have many connections there actually. First is ssc long time volleyball mentor roger gorayeb is already working with sga, then of course dela rama was a former letran squire, tony ynot's bro is in the hs program, so is converge's juan gdl's two younger bros in the srs program. Some phenom boys are also on the team.

For me this is could be a ploy to recruit key baste players for sga affiliated teams. Dela rama could be headed to ust or back to letran. Esperanza too could be headed to ust, he could be a fit there since they'll be in need of a pg, 4thsky and paranada are graduating. So we'll see.

hopefully they revert to the traditional format.. this new format doesn't really give an incentive to the top 2 teams.. the 2x to beat is on the cross over not on the F4.. new format also undermines the competitiveness of teams as you can suck at the group stages and still fight for a wildcard slot...

I can see Dela Rama in UST jersey not going to lie, he’ll be a fit in that team for sure.
 
my wishlist for s102:
1. more advertisements
2. go back to the 2pm:1st game 4pm:2nd game schedules
3. FSAs
4. introduce new concept like in-game tourney with pocket money
5. pre 102.. review outdated rules / FULLY adopt fiba rules
6. commentary for jrs.. madami naman masscom students who can intern for the job.. parang junior jocks radio lang..

Haha this is what ive been saying. Walang kwenta yung twice to beat since its only applicable in qf.

Then people are saying its competitive or every game matters...like how? Even if you are last place you are still not technically eliminated. So you theoretically you can go 0-13 and still be in the finals haha. Instead of outright eliminating the awful team, they want to give a chance pa. What a joke.

My Wishlist:

GMA to improve its coverage if not, just leave NCAA, just leave GMA!!

It starts by replacing a couple of guys in the mancom. As long as those oldheads are there, dont expect any improvement.

But they should prioritize FSA first then the format. Once they fix those the rest should be easy to follow

Hard to believe schools nowadays cant afford to get one. In the first place most of these fsas are just looking for an education. Just let them play in ligang labas and these schools dont have to worry about extra allowances.

theoretically, a very good team can play possum at the group stages, effevtively hide their cards, and just play the developing players.. and at the right moment unleash hell and win the whole tourney from the wildcard slot 🤣🤣🤣
