If Buenaflor will join him in Benilde, I expect the altalites to giftwrap Daep to UST lol.

Never say never. His boys to tend to follow him wherever he goes. Its the reason the red cubs were gutted once he left and lot of bedistas were pissed with him, jarvis co and csb.

Im curious to know how many of their graduating guys opted to stay in the seniors last year? I only know of brix, while andre dungo went to dlsu, sam reyes went to ateneo while ronquillo ended up in baste, while another one moved to feu i think

Csb v san beda games will be much more spicier hahaha expecting a lot more jeers from the bedistas

suprised he didnt push thru with ssc, i remember reading somewhere he due to join the coaching staff last year

Maybe it’s coz coach Arvin is no longer the HC.

I’m still not sure whether Cocolife is still a sponsor in Baste but I’m not seeing any Cocolife recruit leaving Baste. Not even 1. I think whether Cocolife is still a sponsor or not, there will still be a chance of Cocolife players ending up in Baste as long as coach Arvin remains in Baste.

I even saw Mr. Frank Lao congratulating the Chuas on their entry with Baste and Mr. Ronquillo heart reacted his comment. I guess Cocolife is ok with the takeover of Starhorse group.

Imagine if sga and chua's group merge for their pba team. That team will be a banger for sure haha

Does Phenom stay post SGA? I think Brody is an alumnus of Benilde.

I think brody is a bedan and also played for ue he said so in navs podcast. He just has close ties to the la sallian community. And yes, even if sga leaves, i believe brodett will still send his guys over to csb. Sga is not the only sponsor benilde has. From what ive noticed as long as there's no bad blood with anyone in the program, he'll allow his kids to play wherever they feel like they'll be utilized.

No. Marasigan, Mara, Serrano, Morales, Cajucom are all personal recruits of Brodette. Moving them all to the Red Cubs. Brodette is a Ninong of Nathan.

Canete, Loreto, Dungo, Lorenzo and the remaining were either personally recruited by the Mejos brothers, Jarvis or referred to.

If the pandemic did not happen Earl Abadam might have moved to the Red Cubs as well via Brodette.

Brodette is a product of San Beda Alabang.

Let me clarify myself, when i said "his boys", it didnt meaning he personally recruited them. Its simply means that those players you mentioned spent time with manu inigo as their coach. Some even stayed with him during the pandemic, many see him as a father figure. Thats why when he got fired many of his ex players also moved out of san beda am i right? Its them protesting the move. You could say they're more loyal to manu than to the school. And thats my point, lets not underestimate the relationship these players have with their coach thus never say never.

Weve seen this countless times, one good example is when jerson cabiltes took charge of eac. A lot of his former players in hope christian and mpbl followed him over at the general's camp.

Brodette was also a part of the staff of the Red Cubs. He was added by Jarvis after the 2019 championship.

Yes thus the relationship of manu and jarvis with phenom, but i dont think koji, bucsit, loreto or manding are with phenom, correct me if im wrong. Most of em are really with cocolife. And their relationship is really with manu inigo, not with brodett.

Anyways i keep seeing them mention a building someone sponsored, their way of slight jab. From presumably someone in san beda. Whats up with that?

Hmm if im gonna guess, manding and bucsit might stay maybe esteban too. They were already there i believe even before manu and company took charge in ust. While koji was also there before, i think he'll go to the highest bidder. Its not everyday you can recruit players of his caliber with his size. I think majority of the cocolife boys are still with the u-16 team.

Besides if koju commit to ust, it might make mahmood move out.

Why is Ronrei Tolentino not playing for SBU? Did he re-injure himself? I was eager to see how his presence would affect the team. Also Lopez.

What building? How did they say it?

Mahmood's game fit better with the ncaa anyways. With ust he'll only be relgated as the big man back up. Same with brix. But yeah i think koji should also explore his options.

In the tune of "hope the building was worth it" its all over their feeds

I am guessing it’s a hit to bedan businessman who is a member of the board of trustees of SBU. He’s a former manager of the Red Cubs and Red Lions way before MVP came into the picture, He sponsored a new athlete’s dorm in Taytay.

One alumni is saying this wouldn’t happened if they did not brought in Brodette, who has business ties with a big “green” patron (not Razon).
