Yes. Afaik manalili will only graduate this year, diamante the season after. Up has close ties to frank lao so they may ask this as favor of some sort.

problem is gov delta has his own stable of players from pampanga that he can instantly insert in letran. manalili is a SGA guy. the same problem happened when delta was with la salle.

Afaik, sga is still handling the knights, when delta will step in im not sure. By then both guys couldve been recruited to UP already. And between delta and frank lao, i think theyll be more inclined to listen to the latter being with them longer.
And its UP, could be hard to match whatever they offer those 2.

Exactly. Manalili and diamante are not really delta boys. They're sga guys first. Tas Manalili is from cebu, diamante from davao.

Draymond could be a good comp (in high school level). Can handle the ball, makes good passes, very good rebounder and defender. Used energy and effort to outplay the twin towers of LSGH (Pablo and Gagate) in a finals. Plays much bigger than listed height, has obviously wide wingspan. The rebounding could translate well. But he can't be a 5 in the UAAP.
And I don't know how old he is, still has 2 years of HS but I don't think he can play anymore.

I was looking at this before because Dash was my student back in HS. A former colleague even mentioned he looked better suited to go to Arellano given the logjam in Letran. How has he been faring in tournaments?

He's been decent, heady player. He's having all the minutes he can have in team b since only 8-9 guys are suiting up. I think the decommitment and transfers of other letran players in the same position will help him earn a spot for next season

So looks like trouble that is brewing in feu is legit as some have pointed out in the uaap thread. I wonder if those feu players that are disgruntled follow coach olsen and allan in perpetual. This could entice daep to stay in college
