NCAA Season 100

  • Thread starter Thread starter Silent Killer2

Payosing was a nobody until he got a break in the second round, partly due to not being scouted that much. For a guy his caliber he's receiving too much attention. If he can think a little it's obviously to his disadvantage whatever he plans on doing. I'm sorry the kid is a dumdum lol

I think this all comes down to “utang na loob”, although not to the school but his handlers. It’s just hard to imagine already being one of the top dawgs in the top school, only to transfer to teams that didn’t make the final four.

What about his utang na loob to his coaches, the school and the bedan community? All I could say is MONEY TALKS.

I think that’s the right phrase, “utang na loob”. May be Payosing is just giving a chance to what his handlers are saying to him which hear all the offers on the table. He had one week to hear them all.

He will most likely make his decision today or in the coming days.

Heard from the grapevine. The perp boys were the ones mentioned by TM Jude Roque in a recentBedan FB podcast who wanted to transfer to SBU but was not entertained by the team because the team officials want to keep the peace among NCAA school members and dont want to cannibalize the NCAA. Reject3d the best option for the perp boys was to transfer to a school that now shares their hate toward SBU.

imo the player with the highest upside in that perps quartet is cyrus nitura. he is as tall as nygel but is better offensively overall.

its a given a player’s loyalty most of the time is to his handler/s.

Nitura to play for EAC generals (and also for the Nueva Ecija Vanguards too)
How will the Altas survive this mass exodus of talent haha from final 4 potential to a team that's headed to the bottom of the league

Exactly the same situation as arellano a year ago, where there best player left early for the pba draft while the remaining core transferred to EAC.

EAC lowkey solidly preparing for years to come. Doromal and Pagsanjan are both one and done so expect nitura to carry the offense along with AP Manlapaz(almost identical to jun roque) for the next 2-3 years.

School that hates them.....Letran? Hahaha lmao no matter who they get, if the coach they hire still has his playbook stuck in the 90's, they aint gonna win. Atleast Nitura was smart enough to move to a well coached team

I like what EAC / Coach Jerson is doing. They are letting their key players play in their MPBL / PSL sister team to gain experience with the vets they have there. Wonder why Manlapaz isn’t lined up with their PSL / PinoyLiga lineup.

Nitura might be a steal for them. And adding those key players mentioned here if they continue to transfer.

Sonny Estil 6’4” versatile forward is reportedly Letran bound. He played for that 2022 PSL U19 Pasig Cocolife who was coached by Manu Inigo and had Phenom guys like Jonnel Policarpio, John Mowell Morales and Vhoris Marasigan.

they are pretty aggressive in recruiting. very exciting times for them and the ncaa.

also a big advantage as to how "smaller market" teams could keep up with the more moneyed schools -- by offering them a chance to augment their school allowances with larger mpbl salaries.

Yup basically the same blue print CSB is doing, they just need solid big to complement all those players they're gonna have. As for manlapaz i think he's busy doing his own thing for now

Yikes another guy allergic to books, he was supposed to play for us in csb but never enrolled, heard he didnt want the course load given to him....mind you thats just 15 units, the minimum allowed for athletes in our school

Don't think EAC is small market anymore hahaha
