To be fair with the bedistas, its mostly the toxic oldheads thats really crazy. And i gotta admit, they're no different from the ones i saw and heard from letran. I dunno must be a generational thing haha. But yeah, its not a good look for the school no matter what the reasons are. Heck i have a lot of bedan friends who hate their guts but when watch we the game together in the venue, they dont do that thrashy thing. At the end of the day, this is just basketball, no need for things to get that awful and intense. I mean we call out letran for doing the those things yet you guys do the same exact thing pala. Kinda hypocritical if you ask me.

It is really hypocritical of them haha. I mean ive been reading the past pages, we call out how squammy those letranites are yet these bedans are doing the same thing? Come on and for a very petty reason pa. A reason na ambabaw. Heck we're talking about two guys who left for their own reasons. They didnt hurt anybody, they left amicably, talked to the management and their teammates, heck sabi ko nga before, the last 2 csb v sbu game, all of the former bedans sang and respected the bedan hymn, they greeted and talked with everyone from the san beda side. And im hella sure everyone in the red lions program have already moved on. Its those stupid ass fans thats just making an issue of it.

The difference is the ones that moved (Ritualo, Casio, Paras, Magsanoc et al) had but the nicest words to say to the institution.​

question sir.. is SBU still affected by this? From what i saw in some SHS pre season leagues, our incoming juniors co-captains (both batang Gilas) are now playing in UE and UST.. we lost 3 batang Gilas players total...

some say that it would take 3years for the effect to end, but from what i heard from a classmate coaching in another school, even the younger talents from junior high school also were influenced to leave...

Those who left were either remnants of Manu and Jarvis recruits or part of Anton Brodette's Phenom Sports Mgt. This is a new era of SAn Beda REd Cubs. Most players are recruits and discoveries of Coaches Mico Roldan and RAlph Rivera.

James Payosing is the perfect example of a player whose loyalty is with school and not with personalities. HOw many times forces from the dark side tried to influence him to change jerseys especially after winning finals mvp last season. But James remained at the den, he still bleeds Red and hopefully lead the team to a back to back.

As of 11/14 11AM before todays game:

How will the Final Four be set? Here are possible scenarios:

• For LPU

One step for the Pirates to directly return to the Final Four is by beating Benilde on Friday. A win will assure them of their 10th win which will separate them from the rest of the lower ranked teams.

An LPU loss will give EAC a chance to tie their standings at 9-9.

• For EAC

The Generals are still in the race for their first Final Four stint in men's basketball.

However, they need LPU to lose against the Blazers. If the Pirates lose, EAC should then beat Jose Rizal University in their match on Friday afternoon.

If LPU loses against Benilde and EAC wins over JRU, both teams will have a 9-9 record which will force a playoff for the fourth spot.

An EAC loss, however, will put the Generals at 8-10 and will automatically send LPU to the Final Four.

• San Beda stays at No. 3

San Beda (10-7) will still play San Sebastian College-Recoletos (5-12) on Saturday. However, the Mendiola crew is already assured of the no. 3 spot.

If it wins against the Golden Stags, the Red Lions will improve to 11-7, meaning it will have a better record against LPU or EAC, whichever team will take the last semis ticket.

If both San Beda and LPU end the elimination round with identical 10-8 cards, the Red Lions will still stay as the third seeded team as it has a higher point differential against LPU.

• Race to No. 1

How will the no. 1 team in the standings be determined?

Right now, both Benilde and Mapua have 14 wins and three losses.

Both teams also have one game remaining with the Blazers going against LPU on Friday and the Cardinals taking on Arellano University on Saturday.

If one team wins and the other one loses, then the squad who will take a victory will get the top spot.

However, if both teams end up at 15-3 or 14-4, then Benilde will take the no. 1 spot due to higher quotient advantage.

For context, the head-to-head result of Benilde and Mapua in the elimination round is at 1-1. However, Benilde has a higher point differential as it defeated the Cardinals, 78-65 in the first round. Mapua, meanwhile, eclipsed the Taft-based squad by just two points, 75-73, in their second round encounter.

1. Lol you said you never attack my school, and why would you? Again were not the ones cursing and showing our middies to your players, and as ive said i couldnt give a damn what you think of us. As for me mentioning letran, its just to hightlight how hypocritical your fellow bedans are. They keep on bashing and attacking that community for doing those kind of things yet here they are doing the exact same thing.

Well deserved win for LPU. Felt like they wanted it more earlier in the game but still kudos to benilde for the fight back. Everyone was just gassed and atleast now they'll head home for the well deserved break.
