Agreed. Csb has the tallest, most athletic and the most firepower out of all the teams out there. Only San Beda and Mapua i believe can really compete with them pero their lack of size will be a problem for them

The Tumakbo boys are in the videos. But weren’t shown in the play-ins. One of them was with Batang Gilas recently.

San Beda also worked out a prolific and athletic guard from Philly. He’s entering his second year in college in the US.

Puno is looking very promising. Hopefully, he did a lot of extra shooting and ballhandling work with JLaw.
 
San Beda had a tune up against Korean pro club LG Sakers. But the game was halted because of power failure and heavy rains.

A problem that Coaches Yuri, Boyet and Norman, (perhaps the best brains in the league), will eagerly solve this coming season. San Beda will not go quietly into the night.
 
Opening is set at Sept 7, anyone knows the sched? Even just for the opening sana.
 
If i remember it right, usually the host of the upcoming season and 2 or 3 of the final 4 teams play in the opening. So i think itll be LPU(Host) v San Beda(Defending Champs) and CSB(F4 team) v Mapua(F4 team).
 
Whats the latest on Titing Manalili? He is not practicing DAW with Letran?

Sga should let him finish up with manila stars. He's pulling triple duty pa tuloy with both benilde and converge. They could place Ayo there in the meantime.

He's been noticably absent in their games in manila best. Was also not in the ncaa media day with his team.

Personally i think they're fine. He's teammates with letran transferee aaron buensalida. And he's very familiar naman na with allen ricardo's system, and with letran having loads of guards, it gives them a chance to showcase themselves. As for manalili himself, atleast he's in game shape. Still risky for him tho if hurts himself so close to the season opening.

^Winston Ynot has 3 playing years available including Season 100. But AFAIK he turns 25 next year which means he only can play 2 more years. This is probably why he was quoted by media that Season 100 maybe his last playing year in college.

Ynot is in the same boat as Celzo and Sajonia of SBU, all born 2000 and can play up to 2025 (Season 101) only.

That and he want to turn pro. Which i get. He has pro ready body and skills already. Charles tiu bringing him along those sga teams helped him alot. So did those years playing in mpbl.

how old is oli? I thought he still has 3-4 years left? Surprised jarque has 4 years pa.

Yeah thought he was 2001 born same with liwag. But yeah even if he has all those years left, those within the blazers believe this is his last year. Reason why they got jucom and nacua even if they already got carillo and victoria.
