NCAA Season 100

Pretty good showing for LPU in the big dance. Ended up winning their bracket which has final 4 contending teams: sbu, Eac and mapua. Their wins against beda and eac were pretty solid too considering two of their best players, guadana and bravo didnt play. Will face JRU for a spot in the finals.
 
So Javillionar will play his final year for letran, does that mean Kevin Santos will play too? Cause there are some rumors about him sitting out season 100.

I think he'll play too. He's been active in manila best in their recent games. Tbh letran needs both to be competitive in season 100. Without them, their big man lineup will be extremely thin. Personally its a good call since season 100's teams are top heavy, they have a better chance of making the final four if their stars align.

I think the better question is if ayo wants to come back in the collegiate ranks or if csb or letran wants him around full time. Personally i believe he'll be a better fit with letran being alumnus and all, not to mention he and allen ricardo run almost the same system. Ball movement on offense and 40 mins of hell on defense

CSB beat Migs Oczon's KBL team in a tune up. I know this is a closed door game, but any team insider who watched this? Who played?
I assume the KBL team did not go all out?

Game was played in Victoria sports tower. Mobis was without their world import and juggled minutes equally with their players. Game was tight but csb with their full lineup pulled away in the 4th with their hot shooting. It'll be hard for any team to beat csb when they play like this.

They were the ones that scheduled it. They made it so that they have games everyday. Still pretty solid that a college team with no FSA was still able to beat them. Considering Ulsan is the taller team between both teams. Even without the american import they still have loads of guys thats 6'7 to 6'9 in height while most of their wing players are 6'3 and above. For comparison. Benilde only has 2 guys thats 6'6; Allen Liwag and Paul Turco, the rest of the bigs are 6'5. For the wings, benilde would have matched up well with both sanchez and eusebio able to play the 3. However the guardare the different story. Only cajucom out of the 5 guards in the rotation is 6ft. While the koreans average height of guards is around 6'1.

This was the same korean team that won by 30 against both UP and NU whule they were in Korea. No idea on who played but they got dominated regardless.

Haha damn. I see that both up and nu faced them multiple times, how did they fare in the other games?

Up got close in the other game but still lost by 2. NU got blown out again in one game and got within 6 in the other. Still both uaap teams went 0-5 in their games in korea. Actually this Ulsan's first loss in their preseason. They defeated Converge by 10 and tied with blackwater the day before the csb game.

Probably not. They’re the same design as other Anta schools’ (Like CSB) practice/summer league jerseys. That’s why they dont have the league and sponsor logos.

Benilde might use the same jersey they're using now in the preseason. Wont be hard to put in the ncaa logo where the filoil is. And everyone in the team has their new jersey numbers there. I would find it hard to believe if they will stick what they've used for season 98 and 99.

Its the NCAA team photo ops. I’ve seen CSB and they had 16 players on their photo op. Lyceum on the other hand had 19.

EAC unveiled their new jerseys in their photo op. And you can visibly see their sponsor’s logo in the middle which is huge for a patch. Lol

Looks like Matt Oli and Mowell Morales are not present for csb. Good to see both Galas and Carillo in there looks like they'll make the final cut. Nathan Victoria and James Nacua would prolly stay muna with team b
