Groupings:

Group A: NU, CSB, Formosa, Phenom and Lakas California

Grouo B Adamson, FEU, San Beda, Mapua and DKI Jakarta

Round Robin, Top 4 in each group will advance to crossover semifinals.

Looks like Group A is the group of death, i feel like na taiwanese team is the top dog especially if the organizers allow their team to play all 5 imports. NU and CSB imo are evenly matched on paper but since their will be no liwag and ynot, while cometa is still recovering from his injury. NU might come as the top two, maybe even the best in the competition. While Phenom will apparently field a mix of pros and collegiate guys in their team, maybe comprised of those applying in the pba draft to showcase them and of course an import. And then the group still has pretty much unkown team from california.

For Group B, Indonesian team might me the best while both uaap teams might have a favorable matchup against ncaa teams if both beda and mapua do go all filipino.

There are changes, Cardinals line up will be a mix of Team A and B. The Japan trip might change due to schedule availability of the Japanese universities.

Liwag and ynot has the greenlight to play in the first 2-3 games. SGA will leave for taiwan on the 11th or 12th.

This is mostly on phenom and the reyes', rather than the dlsu-csb connection. All 4 player are with phenom and will join more of their fellow phenom boys in csb. Before their move, the DLSU to CSB transfers are rarer than you think, the amount of guys they got from dlsu is not that different to the ones they get from other universities. Tho it helps that topex is pushing for one la salle nowadays when before dlsu have never even aknowledged benilde lmao.
 
No emman ojuala for benilde. They'll go all filipino for asiabasket. Most likely the season 99 roster.

But damn the taiwanese team's imports looks really tall.

Yup, tho when miggy came, i thought it was mark dyke that moved him that was gonna have a solid career in csb. His game was tailor made forbthe ncaa. Too bad he didnt pan out.

Typical taiwanese team. Full of shooters tho they have a pretty tall lineup with multiple 6'4 and 6'5 forwarss and of course the 2 african imports.

They're being rotated. Will most likely replace ynot and liwag when they leave for the jones cup.

Yeah and apparently they only have shooters. They're too turnover prone and crappy freethrow shooters.

Looks like benilde just wanted to see where they were at in the 1st qtr, i doubt they were able to scout the taiwanese team and once they locked in on D, they managed to pull away. Csb's just toying with them at this point lmwo.

Taiwanese team clawing back. They're doing better with less outside shots. Good thing they realize they have two imports that can eat at the paint haha
 
With their once 14 pt lead down to 1 late in the fourth quarter, csb clamped up their defense and went on a 12-0 run to end the game. If this was the old csb team, they wouldve lost already but the mental toughness of these team showed why they should ne contenders for season 100.
