I saw an Alabama A&M game the other day, they played some great basketball. I can't remember who it was against, though.

Marcus Smart was suspended by the league for three games for shoving a fan.

UNC - Duke game postponed due to bad winter weather. No date set re-schedule.

Upset of the year. Boston College and their booming treys upset Syracuse and their spotless record. Olivier Hanlan played the game of his life, converting a layup to send it to OT and got a trey to fall to open things up in OT.

Another upset tonight. Wake Forest over DUKE and with exclamation for the finishing touches.

ADIDAS March Madness jerseys unveiled.

Another memorable game for Sean Kilpatrick as his Cincinnati against upset Memphis tonight. Cincinnati has positioned themselves in sharing the conference title.

Congratulations to Florida for last night's rout of Kentucky to finish the SEC 18-0. First half was a showcase of good team offensive execution while the second half, saw some clever stops and pace control as Kentucky tried to force the tempo.

Unlike the 2006 & 2007 team, none of the Gators this year are projected at the first round of the NBA draft.

Wiggins wins it for Kansas over Oklahoma State with a baseline fade to cap a 30 point explosion. Wiggins is carrying this team and will soon be a millionaire. In this game, Marcus Smart shot poorly but had moments to show his emerging all around game.

Seton Hall stuns Villanova with Sterling Gibbs' game winning shot. That first half on which SH had a good start buoyed their momentum. Eugene Teague is a workhorse as always.

Cal Poly bears the distinction of having the worst record into this tournament but they beat Texas Southern, to arrange a meeting with Wichita that boasts of a 34-0 record. Good game for Chris Eversley. Shook out a rough month for this win.

It took a lot of will from Jarnell Stokes as Tennessee clawed back from a deficit to force OT. They shutdown Iowa in OT and win. Great game for the Volunteers who are being considered as picks for a Cinderella run.

I lost my chances for winning that billion first day already, as probably vast majority did :) At least I got the Harvard over Cincinati right (as if knowledge would have anythinf to do with it instead of luck).

According to ESPN PR, only 5.7% of the more than 11 million brackets filled out through ESPN.com are a perfect four-for-four so far. That is some very early bracket decimation.

My bracket was just busted thanks to Vee Sanford's layup as Dayton beat Ohio State. That look on Aaron Craft's face after the game was priceless though.

Also, Harvard over Cincinnati. Crimson has another victim in the big dance, much like New Mexico last year.

What a gallant fight St. Joe's is putting up against UCONN. OT is heading to the wire.
