Allegedly the Magic may be interested in acquiring Milovan Rakovic for the next season as Gortat seems to leave. Also Fran Vazquez is a candidate for making the Orlando rooster.

Where do you think Amar'e Stoudemire will go ?

As a huge Suns fan, i really want him to stay in Arizona. However, I don't think this will happen unless we make it to the finals :p

Stoudemire expressed that he admires Brook Lopez not too long ago. Unlikely destination though i believe. NYK is mentioned from time to time.

Nikola Pekovic most likely heading to NBA next season, Wolves will either sign or trade him depending on frontcourt plans.

Tiago Splitter interests several clubs.

News on Pekovic and Milicic in relation to Minnesota:

Meanwhile, Kahn also met with the agent for Nikola Pekovic, and said the 6-foot-11 Montenegrin center “wants to come over.”

“We are not anywhere close to a deal. The next step is, I want to take Kurt (coach Kurt Rambis) to take a look at him, and in June, we need to plug him into our plans and figure out if his future is with us, or is it to wait a little longer, or is his future for us to trade,” Kahn said. Pekovic is a good low-post scorer who can play with his back to the basket, Kahn said.

Perhaps making that decision more complicated: Darko Milicic has also informed the Wolves that he wants to play in Minnesota next season. “He had a really enjoyable two months, he likes the way we play and he responded well to Kurt,” Kahn said of the free-agent center, who averaged 8.3 points in 24 games after being traded to Minnesota in February. “And he sees that even though we’re not winning yet, there are some pieces here to build around and other pieces to come.

Monta Ellis moving to Memphis... on a mansion he bought that is owned by a former NBA player.:D

Sportswriters were too quick to explore trade possibilities between the Warriors and the Grizzlies.

Reports: Kerr out after three years as Suns' GM

Steve Kerr is out as president of basketball operations and general manager of the Phoenix Suns, according to the Arizona Republic and other reports.

Kerr's Suns went 52-28 this season and took the Lakers to six games in the Western Conference finals, but negotiations on the renewal of his contract -- which expires June 30 -- stalled. Kerr had been with the Suns for the past three years.

Already, there is talk that he may return to television as an analyst.

"I wouldn't say it's a big surprise," Suns managing general partner Robert Sarver told the Republic. "Television is what he did before he came on board. It's a change of plans from during the season. It boiled down to a number of things, including lifestyle and the opportunity. I was hoping to have him back."

Kerr has worked as a game analyst for TNT and Turner Sports. Doug Collins, who was lead analyst for TNT, resigned after the season to become head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kerr's departure coincides with Charles Barkley's declaration that he wants a shot of being GM. Could something be brewing here.

Sacramento trades Center Spencer Hawes and Andres Nocioni to the Philadelphia 76ers for Center Samuel Dalembert.

#1 Nocioni has a very bad contract that the Kings were hoping to get rid of.
#2 Hawes has potential but is not as good as Dalembert RIGHT NOW.
#3 I can't believe I am responding to your post.

I think Ammo would definitely accept a qualifying offer from the LA Lakers but I'm not to sure if the Lakers are keen on extending a qualifying offer worth $6.1 million to a guy who has not really contributed much.

I think Sir Charles' statement goes way back (circa 2008). But yeah, I've been thinking of the same thing but I really don't think Charles Barkley fits well in the front office. (no pun intended)

Cavaliers should push for Yao.. LeBron-Yao combination would be a deadly punch.. With a talented roster, they can make it happen..

P.S., there are group of Chinese investors that are minority owner of the Cavs...
