What are the specs on the league - how many players per team, what positions, how many starters? What's the games limit? Is this 8-cat, 9-cat or points-based?

And I'd love to play...except yahoo is blocked from me at work and I don't get off work until 0030 hrs CET. Would it be possible to get email draft updates, or should I just get a friend to sit in on the draft for me?
