So Marc Gasol is the 3d best center in the NBA these days?

Most Valuable Player - Kevin Durant
Rookie of the Year - Kyrie Irving
Defensive Player of the Year - Serge Ibaka
Most Improved Player - Ryan Anderson
Coach of the Year - Gregg Popovich
Sixth man of the Year - James Harden

So Marc Gasol is the 3d best center in the NBA these days?
The other candidates stats-wise would be
Gortat (no playoffs)
Hibbert (clearly worse stats + Granger is already mentioned for the Pacers)
Monroe (far away from the playoffs)
Cousins (same to Monroe)
Noah (possibly the sole alternative. He's averaging 10.1ppg+9.8rpg, while Gasol is averaging 14.5+9.0+3.2apg)

I don't see anyone better than him, sorry. Let alone Memphis' good season, without Randolph in most of its part

So Marc Gasol is the 3d best center in the NBA these days?

to me yes, and very good one. he is great on ofense and defense. memphis playing old schol basketball trough him, he is their key guy and on defense he is much better then hyped defender like deandre jordan

Plus Marc Gasol defines consistency with his overall play. Very smart as well. Memphis survived the long absence of Zach Randolph because of Gasol's inside presence. Next is Tyson Chandler.

Congratulations to James Harden of the Oklahoma City Thunder, winner of the 2011-2012 Sixth Man of the Year award.

Once again, the KING of the NBA is KING JAMES. Too Big, Too Strong & Too Good. However, my main man has to show the NBA and the rest of the sporting world that he can rise up to the occasion and do what all the other NBA Greats: Jordan, Magic, Larry & Kobe ... etc have done and that is to win an NBA Championship. Will he be able to? I have confidence in the KING in delivering. Throughout this season, the KING has shown why he is considered one of the Greatest of All Time, with his style of play that combines Magic and Jordan which allows him to dominate defences in any way, shape or form. I predict that he will retire in 10 years time and he will finish with a total of 5 regular season MVPs, 4 Championships, 4 Finals MVP and 1 Defensive Player of the Year. He will definitely join the ranks of Jordan, Magic, Larry and all the other NBA Immortals. I predict that people will put him as the 2nd Greatest of All Time after Jordan.
