This one's a good list, but unfortunately Syria will not join the Wars. Ypu can rate Japan and Korea higher over Qatar, they have a serious problem with their NT and most of players are already old.

Korea always like to do this . (Say their players r injured but then they play in the competition)
By the way we should all never consider Korea out. They always play great in the Asian Championship and they still r contenders for one of the 3 spots to qualify to the Asian Championship.
Ha is a very valuable player for Korea since they can benefit alot from his presence from under the basket and not always rely on their 3 pt shooting.
