Thanks. I will look into this further. Right now, I do hope that some of the Canadian Channels I have on my satellite TV will show some NBL Games. One channel shows Canadian sports like Hockey and Football.

The three teams that can shield players from their new partners in the National Basketball League of Canada have submitted their protected lists to the league office.
The Halifax Rainmen, Saint John Mill Rats and Quebec Kebs — the NBL’s founding franchises — are permitted to protect five players each from their 2010-11 season in the Premier Basketball League, keeping them off limits to the four other clubs in an Aug. 21 draft and for several weeks afterward.
Rainmen owner Andre Levingston, the NBL’s interim president, and Mill Rats president and general manager Ian McCarthy, its interim chief operating officer, confirmed Saturday night the 15 players whose teams will have exclusive negotiating rights with them until Oct. 1.
The Kebs will protect forward Quinnel Brown, the 2010-11 PBL MVP, along with guard Royce Parron and three former Rainmen: centre Aaron Spears, guard Tommy Mitchell and forward Cordell Jeanty.
The Mill Rats’ list of untouchables consists of guards Anthony Anderson, Dwuan Rice and Marc Egerson, and forwards Steve DeLuca and Ross Demasi.
The Rainmen are protecting guards Taliek Brown and Trayvon Lathan, forwards Josh Dollard and Eric Crookshank, and centre DeAndre Thomas.
The first round of the inaugural NBL draft is limited to free agent players, while the second and third rounds are for Canadian players only. Each NBL team has to carry at least two Canadians on its 10- to 12-man roster.
The Rainmen have the sixth selection in the draft. Oshawa will choose first, followed by the P.E.I. franchise, London and Moncton. The Mill Rats pick fifth and the Kebs seventh.

Yay for the London Lighting! The capacity of the John Labatt Centre in which they will play is about 11,000 for basketball. Hopefully they'll draw decent crowds of several thousand fans.

Summerside Storm has signed University of Saskatchewan standout, Troy Gottselig. Gottselig won the Most Valuable Player Award in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport national championship in 2010.
