Cyrus Baguio performance? the latest IRAN..
- in the last 3 mins in the 3rd quarter RP rally with James Yap, Gabe Norwood and Willie Miller nice shooting from the perimeter and 3pt arc...RP back in the 3rd... start 4th qtuarter first 2 minutes RP again rallied a nice rhythm in offense of five players a good shooting from Willie Miller and again RP down to 10pts. and hold this lead from 3rd qtr. rallied from 21 pts. lead back of middle 3rd. and now in the 7min. mark James Gabe and Willie pull out for Jay2, Jared and OMG popular player cyrus... skirus played 5mins. in the 4th, 7mins. down to 2min. mark... in that 5mins. by Cyrus he played disaster he drives strong to the basket and two players of IRAN cover him and always.. he do that pass in the last seconds..turnovers or either Thoss shot in 2 second mark from outside or Asi... and the lead blown to 17pts back cyrus got many turnovers of 3-4 of that quarter...0/3-4 fgs...the offense is stagnant because of her...then in the 2min. mark cyrus out because of disaster playing time...James is In and Willie and in the last 2mins. again RP rallied back and from the 17 is cut down to 13 I guess...

...and now watch Cyrus again in JOrdan... it's the same from Japan, CT and Korea... the shining moment is Sri lanka and Kuwait.. also some in the KOREA but not in the 4th...crucial...many of my friends noticed this! see the play or 4 players offense when Cyrus is playing

Yep, I totally agree with you. Cyrus performed well in some games but he still commits silly turnovers.

how about the entire RP Team....?

I'll single out Willie Miller - said that his game is not for international play but he seems to be the most consistent

Oh so this whole debate is about a guy who lives in Germany, who has Jordanian ancestry who once played for the German youth team and now plays for his ancestral nation...?

That's the same as Fil-Ams here in the Philippines! Unless I got it wrong... but it sounds like there is no issue here at all. (I ask for forgiveness in advance if I got it wrong though)

No worries. but the issue is he played for German Youth team. which under FIBA rules you cannot play for other national team if you played under youth or seniors team..

if ray parks plays for US youth team then he can'nt suit up for RP national team.

just that.

I don't know about, but the fact that Al-Mayta is there in Jordan's bench, that means he's legally there. they somehow bended some rules though. like for example, Charlie Villanueva, who played for US Juniors NT, he is now on the verge of changing (or has already changed) his sports nationality, he will be suiting up for Dominican Republic, and USA basketball will gibe him all the necessary clearance for that. times have changed, maybe that rule will be abolished soon. I wonder why Quinito Henson is always ringing the bell and putting malice about this issue on his news articles. hehehe.

based on my understanding, Almaytah's stint with the German Youth team only included friendly games and not FIBA tournaments.
