The 42nd pick in the 2005 NBA Draft throwing it down againts the no.1 overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft Andrew Bogut.

That is an AND1 Play and Bogut needs to be thrownout of the game because that was a fragrant foul number 2.

So?

Dunk or lay-up, it is only two points. Who cares?

Don`t be excited, it is regular season and it isn`t something really important.
On other hand, it is nice to see some attractive actions.
But still it doesn`t deserve a huge hype...:) ;)
 
Seems that our American friends are so frustrated than the European and the Philippines sections get all the action that they open new threads for every dunk there is.

That is a cool dunk when you have a 6'3" PG dunking over a 7 footer :) Beside it looks like Bogut hack Ellis on that play which really deserve to be mentioned as one of the best play of the Game.
 
There's nothing that special about the dunk, it was a quick one, I wouldn't say Bogut got owned (in fact I dislike the expression :p)
 
that wasn't dunking over him as far as I am concerned... and neither is dunk of the year, practicaly anyone practising basketball can dunk this way in this situation without that smack in the face.

He didnt dunk over him, imo Bogut just didnt arrive on time to defend the play and to try to block th dunk. Its a good dunk but nothing more than that.

so if a player of your favorite team made that dunk you'd think"who cares?just two points" and get just as excited as watching the same player scoring two free throws, right?after all two free throws are worth of "only two points" as well :rolleyes:
 
IMO, there's nothing special about it. MOnta Ellis is a known dunker during his high school days.

I remember that Dunk last season 6'1" Ronnie Price posterizing 6'8" Carlos Boozer. :D
 
WOW...I was expecting something much much better than that....
Golden stae fans have a habit of overrating dunks, just like Baron's
dunk on AK47, it was a really good dunk but not even close to being
one of the best dunks of all time.

I`d rather see how Ginobili(:) ) is scoring 37 pts like in last two games(even it is just a regular season) then a dunk which is, according to comments, nothing special.;) :)

I'm going rate it 4! It doesn't deserve to be dunk of the year,. Monta was open at corner and Andrew can't reached him on his leap. Andrew should be a flagrant foul(unsportmanship foul) cause he slap Monta Ellis' face!


I'm choosing the better is Price dunk over Carlos Boozer!

I suppose this was a joke ;) I mean, it could be a dunk of the game, but hardly anything more.. and Bogut was late on defense, he did not get any more owned than on any other attack where he allowed his opponent to score inside.

btw, Price jumping onto Boozer looks like a foul to me, but I'm not the specialist one here.. both dunks are rather bleak, imho.
