Minnesota Timberwolves Thread

25pts and 16rebs for Karl Anthony Towns as the T'Wolves lost to a well oiled Celtic machine. KAT also was on a defensive display but Celtics were too sharp with they way they were gunning tonight.
 
Superb effort by the young T'Wolves tonight. Played as a solid unit that almost upset Oklahoma. This team is growing up from all those defeats and rough ups by the western powers.
 
Towns with a career high 32 points last night. His offense is a lot better than people thought it would be this soon.
 
Another bonafide legend retires. Kevin Garnett just announced his retirement and tributes immediately followed.
 
They are the most disappointing team in the NBA. They have Lavine, Towns, and Wiggins, And They still suck despite having a good coach in Tom Thibeddiu.

I don't even understand what's wrong with this Wolwes team. They have a good lineup, and also a good coach including the best chance to finally reach the playoffs, but they struggling very badly in season start.
I think they need to trade Ricky Rubio, and try to grow up Kris Dunn.
 
NBA just accounced, that Zach Lavine will miss entrine 2016-2017 NBA season.
 
I hate to see injuries happen to anybody but he was the player holding Minnesota back with his ball-dominating style.
 
According to reports, Timberwolves are keeping check on Derrick Rose where if he gets waived, T'Wolves plan to sign him in order to reunite him with Jimmy, Taj and Thibs.
 
This would be a great move. Minny is legit but they absolutely need to replace Tyus Jones with an actual point guard. He's terrible and causing Dieng to regress offensively.
 
Kid cannot catch a break.

Time for Shabazz to show he can play defense if Minny wants to have any shot at the playoffs.

Finally it's a done deal. Wolves sign Rose for the rest of the season. Timberwolves about to break their playoff drought for more than a decade.
 
Maybe the wrong thread to post this, but i am trying to find a copy of the Timberwolves at Clippers from January 20th 2012. i found the 2011-2012 season thread but it was missing from there. one of my favorite moments in Timberwolves recent history was Kevin Love's shot to win it. Rubio had been 0-10 until making his final shot of the game! and the whole game called by one of my favorite announcer, Hubie Brown. i found a torrent on another site but no luck for a few weeks of anyone coming online with it. Would anyone here have a link to a copy? i really have searched for this. i used to have a copy on my directv dvr but had to return the device when i canceled service. Thank you in advance!!
 
Love this team they have a good gaming strategy. This team has bright future.
