2007 76-74 semi final
2009 68-65 quarter final

and we would,ve won them in 2005 if qatar didnt get their africans that year and qualify to the semis against us in that year

they only won us in 2003 semi final in overtime when we had our 2nd team but that year wasnt important since only 1 team went to the olympics(china was gonna win the final anyway )
 
congrats to all lebanese to a well deserve win, you guys has a outside chance of beating the heavily favored china. with YAO MING out this is the chance you have been waiting for.

He covered his mistakes that gave korea the 8 - 0 run at the end.

How many fouls on Brian didn t he count them ?

How about when the ball touched the korean player, and went to out, he gave possession to korea ?


How about that lame offensive foul on jackson , when it was a clear defensive foul ! THe korean player was definitely moving with him

lebanon sucked big time in this game offensively and defensively still korea werent able to get advantage and win. rony fahed is the player who led lebanon tonight to the semis. if it wasnt for him we would have lost by 10 + easily. also i noticed that the korean players had a very good strategy on how to defend and attack against lebanon main players khatib, vroman freijeh but when lebanon changed its rotation they got confused and we started leading. it was their 3 consecutive threes in the end which brought them back into the game.
 
Kudos to Korea, they gave Lebanon a hard time considering that they didnt have an import.. Anyway, I'll root for either CHINA or IRAN as they both don't have a naturalized player...
 
Congrats For Lebanon .... BUT :

Luck and Only Luck Brought Lebanon to Semis .

Rony Fahed Ball @ the Buzzer of the 3rd Quarter is a Big Luck .

Ali Kannan Scored mid range shot , and he did not do this before in the Cup .

Fans in the Hall who supported Lebanon , not because they love Lebanon but They hate Korea .

Luck helped Dragan Raca who proved that hes the poorest coach in the whole competition , An international Coach keeps no Timeouts and 3 minutes still in the game with such Hard And consistent opponent !!!

Bad shooting Luck for the Koreans although they are the best shooters in this competition !!

I think that Lebanese Are Lucky people in everything + sports

The Spainish referee is obviously on your side(the game Lebanon Vs China it's also him who helped you a lot)
But the other refefee is slightly on Korea's side..

Overall,you have taken some referee advantage,but not big.
 
referees are too bad. The game is not fair. who can explain the T foul?

Yeah right, who is Aristote anyway. Perhaps you're referring to Aristotle or just some rubbish name. Maybe Aristote is a Leanese guy thats why I dont know him. If you're looking for facts then ask the referee who made the unsportmanlike call..
