Yes of course if he performs.well in SL it improves NBAs staff impressions on him (which is so negative currently), but in real context , it's like he has 1 % now and if he somehow plays well in SL it improves to 3 %. Obviously im just throwing relative #s, out. . Thing is in terms of possibility of making NBA, Kai shoild have no more expectations or hype as Remy Martin, who actually is more deserving to be a reasonable prospect.

when you think about it Remy as a Filipino passport holder shoold be receiving more media attention than Kai as a NBA prospect, but we all know it isnt even remotely close to all the Kai hype, it puts into context how over hype the attention Kai is getting.

and to think Remy was a key member of Kentucy that won the NCAA championship. Not to mention that he play in a higher level basketball environment throughout his career. But,he is not homegrown, and we all know how mainstream media's pinoybaiting practice

Just to be clear, I'm not referring to the level of promotional media mileage (hype) Kai is getting , which is expected , being homegrown etc, but i'm taking about the level of seriousness as a prospect , absolutely Remy is actually more of a serious NBA prospect than Kai is. ( but media that report on him (mostly US) do not give over exaggerated expectations , while local media on Kai have super unrealistic expectations. Big difference

How about the rest of the Jazz camp attendees, have they been reported on, and it's only kai thst is well known to be attending .. well it's their job to fit as much publicity as possible , milk the media mileage attention,

you throwing out random statistics and percentages based on no factual data just proves you're a hater lol. I hope the kid proves you wrong.

It's not actually random and doesn't just apply to Kai, iit applies to Remy and Kehei as well, there is really has historcial precedence where less than 1 % of players who were not invited by votes of GMs in for combine and G league (list of 100) are signed as FA within 2 years of there draft entry.

From most of your post , I can see you really do not have a good sense of levels. that is tainted from a Philippine pride objectivity. If you viewed Kai as an American, not as a Filipino anyone would objectively agree an American with Kai's body of work and negative feedback from Ignite and NBL would objectively asses that player as not a serious NBA prospect and yes if you were to put a number to it based on historical precedence he has less than 1 % chance of making the NBA , it is what it is. Put personality aside and nationalism, it applies to everyone with that level of body of work..

Yes I'm.a hater of hyping and misinformation

Nope not a hater of Kai or Remy , just being real. It's actually backed up by data ..

Analyze is the OG of being a purveyor of fake takes and stats in IBN.lol You can't even produce one link for your stats and you put your opinions as facts. How is Remy a better prospect than Kai?lol Kai earning 100k AUD per season Analyze? All fake news and fake claims.hahaha

@Big Kitten you are really a casual same as those of your ilk. Bball IQ is the same everywhere regardless of what league you are playing.haha If you really knew bball then you know your basketball and if your bonehead casual fan then you just say anything.haha It is a general statement if it hits you then be it. Kai was already practicing with pros even when he was in elementary. Kai played u17 at a very young 16 yr old, played u19 at 17, played senior NT top Asians and world level NTs at 18/19, and played pro at 19. If not for the farce pandemic he would have a lot of experience under his belt.

Mga takes niyu ni green archer sobrang sablay walang mga alam sa bball!lol Everywhere Kai goes he was lauded for his Bball IQ and understanding of the game.haha ginawa niyung bobo at sinungaling lahat nung nagsabi na mataas bball IQ ni kai!haha

For Kaireem(who aint tired of creating countless alternicks), do you think Wass was hired to function the same as EWP? How stupid is it to pay twice for the same services? You should stop commenting if your take is really lacking common sense. You should stick to discussing within your group like Kai went home because he didn't have a chance with Ignite when Ignite haven't started at that time.hahaha Mga ganun dapat kayu kayu nalang ganyan naman mga ideas niyu.haha

Kai has high basketball IQ? Since when? LOOOOL

Dude can't even get proper positioning for rebounds. All he can do is get wide open alleyoops dunks. Thats high basketball IQ? LOL!

His IQ is so high he rides the bench most of the time. Hahahaha

Let's ask all those who said he has "high basketball IQ" again what they think after his stints in Melbourne and Japan. All those interviews were done before those stints. Hiroshima GM praised his IQ but reality is the opposite. LOL. They cant even give him minutes.

Homest question, eligibility aside , how would you rank these 5 players in order in their prime ( use upside trajectory)

1.Martin
2. Assume AJ never got injured
3. Kai
4. Harper Jr.
5. KameKa Hepa..

This is an honest objective discussion , not meant to demean anyone , especially not Kai...

for anyone who jumps to conclusion that obviously Kai is the best , it's a giveaway one has lost sense of objectivity and hype has tainted analysis.

Yup, umuwi si kai walang chance sa Ignite kahit di pa nagsisimula ang ignite.haha

1. RHJ ( already got a NBA contract)
2. Martin ( would probably have a long career overseas)
3. Kai ( I gave him a small edge over AJ as being homegrown and a household name in the Philippines would probably be a factor when signing him. )
4. AJ ( probably our best eligible bigman outside of Kai if healthy)
5. Hepa ( future PBA player )

People don't realize by hyping up Kai as much as they do that they're actually making it worse and more difficult for him to fulfill his potential. Creating unnecessary hype, while understandable, will hurt his career in the long run and just end up disappointing countless Filipinos when he can't reach those standards. Making the NBL and B-League at his age are already worthy of praise, but so many people can't let go and end up causing other Filipinos to root for his downfall just to shut up the deluded filipino fans.

Lol historical precedence that Kai cant make it because he is a homegrown Filipino? There are other variables you have to consider before coming up with that 1% bs you're claiming sir. Show us more data please :)

From most of your post, you're just a downright hater of Filipino basketball. You cant say you're objective when you're the one spreading false info, coming up with numbers that doesn't have any solid basis. Worse than misinformed and uneducated Pinoy basketball hypemen on Youtube.
