Maybe if he comes down to Div2 we'll see a double double every game and it will make the vloggers very happy and hype him up and be proven that haters are very wrong about Kai.

B2 teams still have 3 world imports plus 1 Asian import/naturalized player.

When was the last time he was dominant? TSF days? Div 2 is at least 2 tiers higher than the competition he faced back then. Theses guys are pros afterall not the same randos he used to dominate. They'd eventually figure him out like what happened last season

many forget that ewp paid tsf to feature kai

seriously, if kai weren't filipino ....

you're not making sense, is this peezones using another handle?

What I'm trying to say is he is not a bust. The kid is still playable. There are many teams in B. League and there are teams willing to sign him maybe for marketing purposes or for his basketball service. The Philippines will be his last option in terms of leagues to play in.

He went from trying to reach the NBA to playing limited minutes in Japan league. That's a definition of a bust. Will he gain some good amount of money there? Yes, he will but Kai is a definition of a bust.

you have no proof of that, knowing kai and his team he would've moved to another bleague team if he had an option outside of hiroshima especially how he gradually lost minutes and was put on a tight leash during the playoffs

also when i mentioned playing in the philippines - specifically the mpbl - it was in the context of a pit stop for him if he were to be cut by hiroshima midseason wherein a transfer to other bleague teams or international professional leagues will not be possible.

Pffffttt....according to my buddy peezee, this photo don't prove nothing...Wemby is just lucky to be drafted because he got "african" genetics and if we follow peezees logic, Kai is way BETTER OFFENSIVELY SKILLED than Duncan and Robinson who are in that same pic with Wemby. It should have been Kai in that pic dammit!!

Kai's true power is unlocked at 27 - 28 years old. For now Kainatics are in hiding until the hero rises again

The more we see Kai,the more I believed that he leveled off and his skills are not accending,so I guess we have to wait the three year watch from 27-30 year old Kai,dominating his peers.

is kihei clark making it to a regular nba roster at 5'8 a positive sign for the likes of kai, hepa, remy, et al?

He’s in the gleague isn’t he? Realistically they are ok enough to sign onto a gleague team probably but wouldn’t get minutes and the money in the gleague isn’t as good as overseas.

In some states, the mimimum wage is better than gleague money.

only advantage gleague can offer is its proximity to the nba. Teams could easily monitor/scout possible nba signees

except for ignite of course, they can offer a lucrative contract to prospects. Kai wasted this opportunity

Best pinoy baller still injured?

Who knows, but according to his fanatical bloggers, even tho he hasn't played a game in Bleague,he's either signed with New York,GSW or the Lakers who really need and begged for him. With this kind of storyline they should just signed to play in a Kdrama.

wonder if kai will play in the fiba asia cup qualifiers come february?

If he sits the rest of the Bleague schedule, definitely he will,if not then the back strain might show up again, and they need something($)to heal it faster.

Batting for Edu-Kouame frontline tandem for Gilas with Carino, Tamayo and Philips as the 3rd, 4th and 5th big in February.

Who's currently our best big? I mean right now. BTW I hope Balti would be allowed or at least invited back again

For me, excluding June Mar from the equation, it's AJ then Ange. Next is Carl. Bigmen cover those that play 4 and 5 or both.

i like how carino is playing right now, he'll give us a different look as a big that does a decent job defending perimeter players
