Jerusalem - Ashkelon: strange things continue

Once again this two teams are involved in a rather strange game.
The last time it was 6 overtimes, this time it looks like no overtimes will be needed (though anything can happen between this two).
Ashkelon (last place in the PL) leads at halftime in Jerusalem against Hapoel(second place) 71 - 42 If you think this is weird, listen to this:
Ashkelon has beaten Hapoel in the second quarter alone 52 - 15 (!!)

It's 86-60 now. The PL has been a roller coaster all year. Is the PL this wild every year.
