Shawn Kemp now Kidd, what is going on here is it a true story or just bad information?

Apologies link is in Lithuanian but basically states that he says "there is good possibility that he will play there" when interviewed by a Russian journalist.

I can't read Lithuania but i'm assuming the article articulates that he might finish playing basketball in Italy and not this year of course (if it's missing this fact it's written by some Lithuanian kid).

He is currently the NBA's 4th highest paid player and will make $21,372,000 USD this season. This is the final year of his contact, however.

You do realize they are conserving him for the Olympics and also giving D-Will and Chris Paul a little more time. You'll see plenty of the Kidd when the real games start.
