sorry i meant salary cap, i hope the admins can fix it

well,i'm kinda on the porch on this one, from one side i dont want to see a ridiculous salary cap which will greatly diminish the level of out league by forcing our players to go abroad, and from another, i cant just stand there and see this money goin to waste just like that.
Honestly i think the issue here is that people like Makdessi and riyadi having soo much money are throwing it away by the millions and greatly overpayin the players and that's killing the market.
I think things are like this bcs of the higher demand/offer ratio, we dont have alot of good players and the few that we have are being signed by the big clubs which is killing the market.
I think we should tackle this issue from two different sides:

1: work on upping the offer: and we can do that by allowing the abroads to play without ID,for by widening the pool of available players that the clubs have access to the local players will ask for less since the abroads will be competing with them on the jobs, this will not only help in diminishing local players' salaries but also giving a great boost to the level of the league, i dont think Makdessi would sign sabah for close to 15k a month if there was an abroad or any other player competing on his position.

2: work on setting a limit to the demand:
i picture it like this: Top notch level A players (7-8 players) : fadi el khatib-ali mahmoud-jean abdelnour-vogel and co... (the players on which you can build a system or a team)
these level A players can be signed for any given amount of $, and the clubs can sign a maximum of 2 of these players (this will also automatically put a limit to the demand bcs a team will be able to sign a maximum of 2 such players)

Level B players (15-20 players): role players who are not really stars (omar el turk, sabah khoury,ghaleb,rustom...): a salary cap can be applied to these players, say 10-15 k a month, clubs can sign a maximum of 3 B players (this way demand on these players wont be so high as you can only sign 3 of them so their salaries and demands will automatically decrease)

Level C players: salary cap (5-6 k): rising players.

so what do you guys think, can we apply such a model in the FLB:D
that'd be really great and would greatly improved the level of our league:)

That might one of solutions, but sadly it can never happens !
you can never limit a player's salary, thats not pro @ all, and there is no way a rule can defend this theory!
while on the other hand , you can build a Cap for the entire's team salary! like in almost every single pro league!
in my opinion, and the easiest way to solve this problem, is by limiting the salaries of the lebanese squad, giving extreme freedom to pay whatever they want for the imports!
lets say 1M $ for the lebanese is way more than enough for any team i guess, including riyadi!
but again, we all know lebanese ppl ( same goes in korea and australia now ), they pay the lebanese player 100K/season on official demand, with another 100K bonuses, and there is nothing we can do about it... sadly akid !
