I feel like Serbia Will upset Team USA

Since the debut everybody see that team USA had the better team in term of individuals players... But what about the chemistry ?


The bracket was easy for team USA, unfair even for me, Serbia Will be tired ? Oh yeah, but its a final.




I see a big upset, team USA dont have the big players, and im impressed by the streak of Serbia right now







Dont get me wrong, USA Will dont sleep against them, They Know Serbia ! They watch the video in the Time when i speak to you.



They dont have a big pression i think






I just feel something when i see Serbia last day, it was the same feeling with France against Spain before the game ... But Spain dont have prepared the game and i dont think USA Will do it
 
It's become a stereotype, the lazy Americans not preparing properly for opponents or taking them seriously. That's not really the reality anymore.

serbia gave up 89, 85, and 81 points to spain, france, and brazil. how many points are we realistically thinking that they are going to hold the usa to?

I don't count Spain as it was a group game, so average of these two is 83. 83.
 
Defense isn't exactly Serbia's strength, let's all agree on that.

Actually that was our strength after the group phase, except in the 4th quarter last night when we run like flies and had no clue what's going on. And I just now figured out usagre meant the games in the group.
Why didn't you count the Brazil scoring 56 game? My finale answer USA will give 72.

that is realistic serbia scoring 72 points. and the usa about 100. sounds fair. but if you meant that the usa will score 72 points and that is your final answer, i think you should use a life line.

I just used an experts method of calculating. The average of all games from the KO phase. OK, it's not fair I'll take into account also the group games. Serbia will hold the USA at 75 points.
 
i agree serbia will hold the usa to 75 points after 3 quarters. come on who you fooling? we both know you are not like those other dummies who think serbia has a prayer of winning.
 
The truth is that if the top 16 would have been played one more time, then we could have different results all over. Serbia is where they are because they gained momentum. It's a question whether they can keep that momentum for at least one more game. If they manage to play like they played against Greece and Brazil, I think they can give the US a scare.
 
Jesus Christ - it depends on opponent, doesn't it? Will you never get it? Serbia is on a roll, we all know that and of course they will fight to death tomorrow, and give their best. But if they do not manage to play like that and get killed by 40 points, it's USA's fault, not self-destruction. Or will you come out with that argument if Serbia gets killed?

I respect an opinion that Serbia will play hard and may give USA serious trouble, although I don't agree with it. What is ridiculous IMHO, is somebody imagining that if they "play like against Greece" = "play like against USA"
If Serbia will get its ass kicked, then the reason is not that they "couldnt sustain momentum" "were too scared" or some other pscyho-babble, they just will be outplayed and outexecuted, plain and simple. US having one more day to prepare for finals can also be an advantage, of course.

I think somebody here will soon babble, how he could give Klitschko a scare, if he gives his best and fights like in that bad-ass streetfight yesterday.

I think we have a chance of winning. There's always a chance, like that time I wanted to kiss this one girl who was older than me in 7th grade, and of course older girls wouldn't look at younger boys. And once when we kissed on the cheek we accidentally kissed! So there's always a chance, but it's very very small. And I'm just fooling around, just for fun, didn't think you would take this thread seriously :)

But two teams compete. So, it doesn't depend solely on the opponent. It depends also on yourself. Some days you play better, some days worse, even with the same opponent.

My prediction is this:

US did not give away more than 76-77 so far (Mex and Tur respectively). So it is safe to assume they will not concede more than 80.

Can Serbia keep US under 80? I highly doubt that. I believe they can keep US below 100 though.

Hence I predict 97-79 :D
