Good game by Lebanon, although we're still missing easy shots especially by Fadi.

Congrats Lebanon!!!
It seems that Lebanon NT finally reached 90% of its expected potential, with great balance on Offense and Defense. Players finally showed great concentration with only 10 TO, although it was an easy game!
There is a great chemistry between all the players now, except maybe Daniel Faris who joined the team too late..but it's ok.
The game against China was the "liberation" for the Lebanese players..
Go Lebanon!

Nice job,we won by less efforts.
All the players played around 20 mins except for Fadi (i guess 30 mins).Jean was taking some rest after playing 40 mins against China.
Our 3PT shooting was perfect and the finish under the basketball as well,Daniel showed a good talent but i think he needs time to give his best!

it was a good game . im happy seeing daniel and ali kanaan playing and producing ..
our team is reaching its level . we really are lucky to have a great bench and i think this is our best point.
i mean we saw :
1- jean abdelnour when brian got injured, he was superb against china
2- omar l turk when we needed him he practically gave us the game against qatar
3- rony fahed replacing ali and putting crucial 3 pointers
4- mazen , ali , and daniel showing good performance today.
hope to face korea not iran on friday, and i hope jordan wins today for the sake of avoiding china in the semis and getting a jordan rematch in the semis.

Congrats Lebanon, I didn't expect a 49 point blowout as it was the Kazakhs last chance to enter the quarterfinals. It looks like both our teams are 3rd in their groups.

i was surprised by ali kanaan's level he is a very gd player he got what it needs to be a gd replacement for freije and vroman
as for daniel fares i consider this his first match he showed gd deff and gd foot work as i realized he is afraid ! he must be more self confident cause he got what he needs to be a great center he has a bright future!
i wish we were playing like that when we faced jordan instead of wishing not to face china in the semis

Fadi played 36 min as the coach wanted to give him some confidense after yesterdays game..
Compared to were we started we have done some BIG advancement in just one week, this is the nature of big teams..

but now we are one step far from the quarter finals we are like ennemies towards each other (sport spirit of course) so plz don't take each post personnally ! just laugh about it !
