USA will have the easiest road of all top teams.

I seriously hate this tournament now.

It's not 24 but 29, depending on final result imagine 100-80 is different than 91-71, because the tie break is the ratio not the difference. Anyway the 29 points just wouldn't be enough if France scored more than 61 points, in that case NZ had to win by 30. Really improbable!

Spain will finish 2nd, 10 minutes left to play in NZL-FRA, the tall blacks leading by 13.
 
Spain must destroy Greece and Turkey must destroy France. That's only fair for today's shenanigans. :D
 
I think FIBA needs to do the same FIFA has done long time ago - all the group stage games on the last day should be played at the same time. I know it is much more expensive for the host country, because one needs more venues, but this comedy of pointing the fingers at each other is just pure crap and disgrace to the game. Something needs to be done.

I was almost certain the rule said it's with the difference??we're still with the old rules right?

anyway just to be surethen,better GL start supporting France now.

if France wins, we play against France
if N. Zealand wins by 1 to 28, we play against Spain
if N. Zealand wins over 29, we play against N. Zealand

but the 28-29 points difference isn't standard, as "Luíz for 3" said, its the ratio that matters and not the difference

France is avoiding Greece, but chooses to plat the USA if they beat Russia.

Its 10p. difference so everything can happen.And the French really make an effort in defense..i dont see why they are clowns.NZ is not so bad team...
