And why Lithuania should take place in an important cup with team B ?

and the answer is... SPIRIT! :D:rolleyes::cool:

Victory!!! Amazing, guys we won! what a character by our team! Šaunuoliai :) " ... Nes mes ne iš tų kurie pralaimi dar nenugaleti ..."

yap, we are not the ones, who koses before the end...

P.S. I allways believe in the victory, otherwise, you don't need to go to championship.

Spain has too much talent for me to say their ride is over. Given that no team, not even the "vaunted" US, looks invincible in this tournament, they're more than capable of winning gold.

That is correct. And a team can win its first five games and then be knocked out of medal contention by losing either game six or game seven.

:(

does anyone have a link where to watch the whole game? I missed it as im in a different time zone, and i cant find it anywhere! Please Help guys.

Holy sh*t I get off work to these scores

We could be looking at Spain vs Greece in the first round of the knockouts! With the winner against the United States!!! There just aren't words....

ESPN 3 are showing replays of all the games.

Idk if they show it where you live but visit their website

I think Spain as it is might be one of the most talented teams in the world. Don't get too gready when you already have Rubio :) the day he learns to shoot the ball he becomes unstoppable, mark my words. It's hard for me too see any sight of an end for the "Spanish era"...

I know Garbajosa is one dimensional and ugly as hell, but he does shoot the ball with the best of them, and brings some rebounds on the table too.

You cannot learn to be a shooter it comes naturally. Sure, you can improve your shooting but players like Stojakovic, Allen, Miller, and co were all born amazing shooters. Tony Parker had one of the best coaches in the history of basketball at San Antonio and even though he's become a better shooter he will never be a great shooter and neither will Rubio. But it doesn't mean he can't be a great player without a superb stroke.

This was an unbelievable match! Spaniards decided to rest in the third quarter and was punished for it. Spaniards have a lot of talent, but not always able to use it. yesterday was a lot of talent, but no HEART! and our team second game in a row demonstrates the character and spirit of the fighters. but most surprised me is that even losing by a significant difference team remained calm. no anger among teammates. guys just did what they had to do. Kleiza, Pocius, Kalnietis, Mačiulis were excellent.

The problem is Spain needs new people. I don't want to watch more Garbajosa and Mumbrú in the NT, i.e.
Spain surely has the strongest roster of any teams in Europe..
full team or not..
coach is the only problem, Scariolo got lucky last year because he had Pau to pull him out of the shit he (Scariolo) got the team into..
besides, Scariolo is surely one of the most overrated coaches in Europe..
what was FEB even thinking giving him this team..
I still do believe Spain will go far in this tournament..
these are just bumps on the long road infront of them..
and these lossess surely make the whole tournament more exciting when all the pre tournament predictions simply fall out..

I really wished he had a summer off, but our NT is affected, remember last summer he didn't play, Belgrado 05, and we didn't got a medal.
if it wasn't for Lamonica, Dovidavičius and Drabikovsky you wouldn't even pass the quarter finals then..

Spain has a serious concentration issue. They played well (even very well) during parts of the game but they have a serious lack of attention. This being said, I think coach Scariolo has a problem managing the bench...

and congratulations to Lithuania! I am sure this will be a boost of confidence after such a long and negative serie against the Spaniards. Looks pretty good for them now after a bad start in the Championship. When your team does not give up being overran and 18 down, that means there is more to come.

The Spanish fans may be disapointed even in dispair... still, I would not like to face the Spaniards in the first ko round. I think if you forget the terrible fourth quarter and the rebound problem they have, they did very well.

Ture... but if Spahija and the Croats chilled out instead of overreacting when they have a call against them... Look, I do not think referees in Europe are bad. They simply stick to the winning team. For example, back to 95 and 02, Serbia had a good referee support. Back then, 2005, it was Spain against Croatia who had the "extra" help... but in the semifinals it was the Spaniards who suffered some "special" treatment.
Had Croatia back then (and lately) played like Lithuania last night, that is, play basketball and not a referee victimism drama, things might be different.
