Ukranian star Sergii Gladyr will probably miss the game. Huge loss for Ukraine, and saw them in the last match without him. But Turkey are very bumpy team... You have seen them in New Zealand and USA team, mentally troubled. So maybe Turkey favourite here but it will be very close game. Can not say anything certain until the last ball...

I have no idea what to expect of Turkey at this point. Tentatively thinking they'll come out motivated knowing they gave the US a run.

that ended with them losing by 22 points.

It's a big loss for Ukraine with Gladyr out.

Hopefully though Mykhailiuk can get more playing time. I liked what I saw of him in the Finland game.

One of the most important games for us. We really need this so I say let's focus on defense.

Mykhailiuk is such a great prospect and played a good game against Finland... But he needs to control his emotions more... I understand it's not easy for him to do so and he will get more disciplined as he gets older but he can have a negative impact on the team since he gets easily provoked (i'm basing this from what I saw in his game against Finland and hope this doesn't happen more frequently)

As for the game i'm giving a slight advantage to Turkey and mostly due to their experienced players and knowing how to help their team end up with a win.

13-13 end Q1. Here's what I see: a defensive game, with Turkey winning by more than 7 pts. Basically those 2 teams are pretty similar: half-court, disciplined teams, but unlike my always-pessimistic Turkish friends, I think that Turkey has more talented personnel, especially offensive-wise. The X factor will be Jeter...

Against the US, who is blowing out every team they've played so far and will most likely continue to do so. Don't disrespect Turkey based on nonsense.

Anybody know where I can find the Sky Sports/ESPN feed?

Will it be low-scoring until the second half? Or will it pick it up a bit? Wow 26-25 at the half.

26-25 HT. Game going more or less as expected, except that Ukraine managed to stay close despite Jeter being a nonfactor and Gladyr not playing. Mischula shooting great. The best play from this scrimmage should be the running bank shot by Kravtsov!

How you tried http://www.wiziwig.tv/competition.php?part=sports&discipline=basketball ?
If not, I don't know, but I can say that for 8€ you can have good picture and decent* English comments here: http://www.fibaworldcup.livebasketball.tv/ (mostly play-by-play, sometimes a bit tasteless, but not necessarily worse than what I heard on ESPN during USA-Turkey when announcers kept saying "Sinan Gulej" for "Sinan Guler", as if that were the correct pronunciation in Turkish...)

Yeah, I've been using wiziwig the whole tournament but they let me down this time by not having a Sky Sports/ESPN link.

The ESPN commentators for the USA/Turkey game were regular ESPN commentators, which is why they sucked. The guys who have been doing most of the games, on Sky Sports or ESPN3, have been great.

Asik might break the 'most rebounds in a game' mark at this tournament. He has 16 already. Has anyone gone over 20 yet?

EDIT: I just checked. No one has gone over 15 up to this point. So Asik has set the mark already.

Please come back Savas , like New Zealand match you can do it again. Ukraine's tall man can't defense well.
