We prefer to play against them in Final game. But this Greek team shows so weak. :(

Exactly we r so weak that i doubt if we can win Lithuania..IMO,i find much more difficult the game with Lithuanians than the Argentina..I think if we qualify to quarterfinals we are in the semifinals.But its gonna be very very hard game with Lithuania.

Ask everybody else to tell you. How old r u? Did you watch the game? I am 33 y.o. and i watch Greece since 1985. Believe me, Greece wanted to loose the game and French as well. A young player of the French team came to the game at the last minute, (i can't remeber his name now) and he scored 3 pts at the last second of the game.
NO BODY was celebrating on the French side. They stood steel and frozen after their last successful shot.
 
i am 45 and 1985 i was palying with Fanis(in open courts)...
Spanoulis hit a 3 pointer before DeColo scores,if we wanted to loose why did it?

So you know the basketball game.
Did you like Spanoulis shoot? It was not a good one and looked that it wasn't a good one by purpose.

But even if we wanted to win the game we had so much opportunities and we just spoiled them.
You say the French wanted to win as well. Did you see what happened to the French side after their last successful 3pts shoot?
They almost kill that kid who scored. They were advising him that he wouldn't score. Remember the game and you will see.

You are the only one who say that and i can't see why. It was too obvious. Both teams wanted to loose the game. Especially France.

by the way, does anyone else find pressing full court when you are up by 40 somewhat questionable ethically? i guess we are trying to pretend this is a close game in preparation for battles to come...

impressed with calathes and kaimakoglou today. they were our best players yesterday also. not sure what it says that our "star" players like bourousis and sofo are playing horribly and those at the end of our bench play the best...
 
the lack of athletism of Greek players is ...


if Span wanted to lose he could slip the ball and make a TO ,so easy.
