bring the the PuertoRicans!

Please, don't! Not again! I'll start taking pills even though there's no game!

BTW, the Puerto Ricans could very well explain the difference in this game, since the US attacks the basket more often (as they claim P.R. did yesterday).

I hope we play you in the quarters. I wanna laugh in your face after we spank your team:)

What we have to do to play agaisnt Serbia? Finish 2nd, 3rd or 4th?

Impossible to know, ahn?

This is not an excuse for weak US performance, but whistling seems a bit different from Olympics.
Why? Now they do not get 10 travels for free? Oh poor men. This is FIBA basketball and if they do not know how to play, should learn it before. If they are able, that I doubt it.

Now cooling off, gotta say Brazil really played smart, and I am dissapointed in US team play today, several times, they seemingly didnt even want to try converting 3:2 fastbreak and decided to pull back...were they afraid of travelling calls again?

Apparently, as I've learned from the Europeans, if you cry enough, then you get what you want. All Americans should raise hell about the moving screen after all, This is FIBA rules!!! This is FIBA rules!!!. Then, we can spend every moment whining about it and making videos of it on YouTube. It sure seems to have worked for the Euros. They get their precious walking calls and don't have to answer for the moving screens.

Enjoyed the game from court-side again tonight - really wanted Brazil to get the win, or force an over-time. But it wasn't to be...
Still good game of basketball, and finally someone managed to stand up to USA's strong bench and not get too tired.

Well controlled the last 'missed' free-throw - but to miss that shot on the buzzer..
Should give Brazil a bit of a boost .. and now looking fwd. to Brazil vs Slovenia..

Few pics I took from the game at : http://basketballviews.com/blog/47-blog2010/222-game-9-brzil-vs-usa
