I think we should burn more of Jayson Castro and Paul Lee in this game, we need them to be an offensive spark now that for sure Chan and Blatche are marked to be contained by Greece' D.

With Chan getting more attention from the defense, it might be RDO's time to shine.

Fanboy mode on: Japeth hounds Giannis Alphabets all game long and shuts him down.

Actually Giannis is just an (important) role player for Greece.

No more slow starts please. That 23-9 hole in the first was pretty difficult to get out from.

Well Gilas Filipinas is certified slow starter especially in big international events.

I don't know if the boys can do it again. they had to work so much harder than the croats just to stand a chance. and blatche may not go for another 30 pt game.

on a brighter note, Gilas will have more confidence going into this game. jason castro had a so so game, paul lee missed some gimme threes and Ranidel was practically a no show against croatia. I hope they bounce back.

I'll go against the majority and say I think Greece will win.

Greece should win this one..but having a game same as last night won't be bad at all..hey, its just our 2nd game in the world stage after almost 40 years..not bad at all..we did put some doubt on Croatia's mind during that game..and hopefully we can do that to Greece just for a moment again in the last qtr..that would be enough for we know Greece is a powerhouse country..

Of course seeing the lineup alone will tell you Greece will win by 50+. But Gilas have the tendency of making upset to any stronger teams .
If Greek cant find their targets on 3's then Gilas can upset them in any given time.

I'm bias so I will say that Gilas will win by 3 come fight night. :) Well my #PUSO(#HEART) is also telling me so. :o

time to move on, we have to face a very big and tough Greece, we have to have a better ball movement and same intensity against Greece. We need too see more attack from Japeth. Fajardo must continue that intensity

looaking at the stats of Greece and Senegal oh man they light it up on the rainbow area! hope they shoot bad in this game and our other shooter will get hot!

I think it will be tough for the Philippines to bounce back from today's big effort, and Greece usually eats up less structured teams.

I agree but Pilipinas will hang around, that's what they are made of. :)

The heck the Greeks shot the lights out against Senegal with 54% beyond the arc, they're monster on the paint too. Hoping for the missing players in game one to step up to the plate like De Ocampo, David and Aguilar!

Come on! Let's bring our A-game once again against another euro powerhouse. Defense is the best offense!

Easy win, easy life for Greece with a plus +20 over PHL. I'd be happy if it's under 15.
