By the way, the Maric issue. If he really feels Serbia as the team he wanted to play for and knowing in advance he couldn't play for them, he could have simply said he does not want to play for the Australian NT anymore. As easy as that! However, playing for Partizan this seasson, I guess it has more to do with populism than with real feelings. Otherwise, he can always renounce to the Australian passport....

Spot on! Specially the bold part. Nobody put a gun to his head. As a Partizan fan I like him very much, but, cut the crap mate. I also believe that he's a professional, so non of these bs speculations really matter.

As for the game, I think that it will be an good one. Hopefully, not much excitement. We have a longer bench, better players in all positions (ok, Nielsen might be better than our forwards), we're physically prepared better than most (if not all) the teams in the WC... The key will be concentration and inspiration. If the Aussies have a go, like they did against Germany, we could be in a lot of trouble. If we have a go, like we know, than for me, there's no dilemma at all.

I am not telling any crap, pal. He says A and then does B. What I wanted to say is that he finally mentioned that he wanted to compete with Serbian while playing in Belgrade! And either that means that KSS scouting is crap (I doubt it) for not paying attention to possible callups of abroad born Serbs or he simply did not have to face the dilema until asked about it in Belgrade. That's all, lad. No crap, no bad intentions just my opinion. And yes, he is a professional and he will give his best tonight, I am sure of it.

When I said 'cut the crap mate', I meant 'Alex, cut the crap', not you. :D

I doubt it. US, France are well ahead. And against Germany fatigue paid its toll. Serbia should have got it.

And yet here, I said physically prepared. I wasn't talking about athleticism. Lack of inspiration paid it's toll against Germany, in my opinion. Not fatigue. How tired could we have gotten after a game against Angola?

Sorry lad! ;)

I still disagree on the physical preparation of the Serbs. Why do you think is any better than, let's say, the Turks (impresive so far)?

Turkish food, and even those prepared in (should be) a luxury hotel "Hilton" in the center Kajserija, made a lot of trouble coach in Group A.

The first was killed Fabrice Oberto from Argentina, who has not played in the match with Australia because of stomach problems, and then began to be less frequent and the team of other countries. There were indications that for the same problem will not play Aleks Maric pritiv Serbia, but it was not later confirmed he will most likely be in the equipment on Wednesday, from 15:30.

Fortunately, thanks to the awareness of people from our coaching staff, first of all doctors and Dragan Radovanovic Nebojsa Mitrovic, diarrhea is not affected our national team.

"Eagles" are not eating everything that was found on the "Swedish table", as opposed to competitors from other countries. Staff Our team had a special request from the hotel kitchen and meals were mostly checked, before the players were allowed to one or not. "Eagle" was told not to drink milk and dairy products, and to avoid the exotic Asian spices, with a strict ban on using vinegar.

It turns out that's it for now given the results, as Dusan Ivkovic at each practice had a full team, except on Tuesday when the free day, due to kick in a duel with Jordan, had to pause Zephaniah Markovic. As early as Wednesday, the playmaker of our team is easier to walk, but the question is whether and to what extent it Ivkovic used against Ozzy.

On the day of the match with Australia, which is of crucial importance to our team and ranking eighth before the finals start, "Eagles" were willing, but the "horny", by his own admission.

If we lost to Australia, most likely we would finish in fourth place in Group A, which means that we play in the eighth round against the United States. Victory, opened the national team of Serbia would have the ability to triumph over Argentina on Thursday to enter the knockout phase as the first team from our group, and then the opponent is fourth in Group B, although more remains to be seen whether this will be Croatia, Brazil, Slovenia or a fourth

mmm...Maricu Srbine:D

Yeah, Australia did force Maric to play for them in some way. First of all, they didn't let Maric to play for us, and that is their legal right, and ok, but secondly when Maric didn't wanted to play for Australia, they threaten him with a suspension. Federation could ask FIBA to suspend a player 15-45 days if he doesn't take a NT call with no reason. So if he has he is tired, that is not good enough, he has to have an injury reason. If you are now asking why for example other Federations don't try that with their players, it is because it would be contra productive, and of course they rather want to see happy Gasol next summer or Nowitzki, than to try to force them to play this summer.

As of the game, it will be difficult, do or die game for us, but let see what we are made of.

Whenever we went to two digits lead Tepic has screwed us over:mad: We should have won this one much more easier.

Dominate!

not quite...I am not satisfied with our game today..
we don t look like a team from preparation games..
it s obivous that we lost balance..Tepic play worst minutes in his carier,Perovic performance is also very poor..I hope that Markovic is ok..

teo is 80% of this team in offansive way, and that is not good
