He said "you look like some cancer patient". It's not like he said "Cancer patients deserve to be tortured and die painfully". It's kind of like the insults "you gay" "yo mama's so fat", they are also somewhat disrespecting gay people and fat people but you know, no need for such a reaction.

millions of people don't die every year for being gay !!!!
that's the difference

I disagree with the statement "trash talking is part of the game." It's not a part of my game or the game of the people I play with. Nobody teaches that trash talking is part of the game. Coaches and referees should discourage. Let your game speak for itself, I say.

Just like moving your elbow during picks or undercutting another player are also not part of the game ---- in a perfect world. But in reality it happens, and professionals should learn to just DEAL WITH IT. Kind of like what you said
I think China needs .... to educate players that hard fouls are not necessarily intentional, but are part of the game for many teams.

I can't believe you are comparing hard fouls with a decease that takes the lives of millions of people year after year.

Good point, but I think you're comparing apples to oranges.

More news from Noah:
Chicago BUlls Center Joakim Noah Not Impressed by GArnett - November 11, 2010, ESPN

..."Kevin Garnett will not -- will not -- get a Christmas gift from me," Noah said with a tinge of humor Wednesday on "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on ESPN 1000. "I don't like him."

The feud started, or perhaps escalated, during last season's playoffs. After Garnett was suspended for throwing an elbow at Quentin Richardson, Noah -- who was in Cleveland playing the Cavaliers -- chimed in that Garnett was a "dirty player."

The most recent incident was Friday night in Boston when Noah received a technical foul, and afterward said of Garnett: "He is who he is."

"He's a very mean guy," Noah said Wednesday. "Where's the love? None at all. Ugly, too."

..."I had his poster in my room," Noah said. "I used to wear his jersey. And the truth is my rookie year, I was in admiration of this guy, and he kind of shut me down.

"And he was very mean to me my rookie year. And he's only mean to the young guys and the [European players], for some reason. I don't know why, but that's who he doesn't like. He's not nice. I talk a lot of trash out there, but c'mon, be a little sensitive. Be sweet."
