What will happen if Norwood goes to an SMC team? Would SMC allow him to play for the nat'l. team?

My GOD, I don't even entertain such a thought! Specially now that Norwood is doing well with Gilas-2 in the Jones Cup. Imagine what would our nat'l. team be lossing if Norwood would be prohibited from playing.

Be careful what you wish for, becoz you might regret even just entertaining such an idea!

Years late, but his grandparent's BC could have been lost during the war. The Philippines was badly bombarded both by US and Japanese troops toward the end of the war. Even my own grandmother do not have a BC because it was destroyed during the war.

Gabe is still very much in his prime. We need him to neutralize Ira Brown of Japan who plays small forward & those prolific-shooting swingmen of Taiwan. If we get past the 1st round of the home-and-away game series, we would need Gabe to defend those good small forwards of Iran, Iraq & Kazakhstan in the 2nd round. Nobody defends the perimeter better than Gabe.

I agree with you, Gabe is irreplaceable as perimeter defender and as big guard for gilas as of now, the nearest, is Kobe paras and in the future is Cortez, while Navarro as of now is almost a wasted talent
 
whatever happened to Matt Ganuelas?, I just hope SMC would trade him if they have no plans of using him.Then maybe he could improve some more on shooting and decision making.

TNT (you know, the backer of the national team) already gave up on Rosser. That tells us a lot about his chances of playing for the flag again.

Unfortunate but such a big, big bust. He'll perhaps still be a rotation guy in the PBA but just not good enough to be in the NT.
 
He needs to win a championship ring,his brother already have one in the NFL,this must be eating him knowing his younger brother made it the pros in the US and won a Superbowl ring and he's in the PBA for a long time and still no championship.I wonder when he goes home during Thanksgiving,JN flashes the ring on his face.Jordan now belongs to a handful of FilAms who won a Superbowl and record to boot.In Super Bowl 50, Norwood set a Super Bowl record for the longest punt return at 61 yards.[14] The return set up a field goal that put the Broncos up 13-7. The Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers 24-10 to give Norwood his first Super Bowl win.Time is running out for Gabe maybe he could go to Ginebra they do need a big SG that can be a stopper for the other teams hot hand and he might be that one guy they need to win the All-Filipino Conference.

sayang he can be a good shooting guard or small forward.Not too late for him I think, he is still young and could still improve on his shooting and maybe a bit on his defense and court awareness.I don't think he is a bust, the kid has got some good games the problem is his consistency.

He has a broken jump shot form. At this point, it will take a Chip Engelland to fix it.

He needs to be more aggressive. He looks so passive whenever he's on the court.
 
He is a type of player that we really going to miss. A good wing defender. this is always our weakness especially against tall shooters and slashers of other countries. Our national team needs at least three Norwood type of a player.
