Final score

LG Sakers 79
Anyang 68

Best player of the game Tamayo 26 pts 7 rebounds 11/19 fg

another important stat is he only committed 1 foul in 25 mins of play. he's been fouling a lot the past few games resulting in him getting extended minutes on the bench

It was LG import Monroe who told the Head Coach that Tamayo should have more touches

I stuck around to watch the end game interview with Carl. Very refreshing NOT to hear something like" i did my best, thanks papa gad" -- the standard response of 90% of all Pinoy interviewees.

Good job Carl!

Just like his playing style, nothing fancy,he just worked on it and gets better every time.

I said this before - Carl will be a match-up problem in Korean because he is very skilled and has the physicality to do so. His only problem is that there are times that he is too eager to do something for his own good.

His postup game reminds me of Alvin Patrimonio, he will eat any defender alive

I remember you said he's having trouble posting up in the KBL when I mentioned that Balti is wasting his time in the MPBL.

This is how players improve. Keep playing against superior competition and figure it out.

For me that's fine, he has good enough IQ to learn from experience. Having that type of competitiveness though can't be taught.

It seems Carl Tamayo is getting better every game in Korea. Obviously the best thing that has happened in his very young professional career is when he transferred from the B-league to the KBL. If he remained in the B-league, he most likely will rot in the bench. Carl won't be getting this much playing time & opportunity in Japan. Not even close.

Anyone watching kbl and b.league games? Please watch and post. It seems dead here..

Carl is keeping up his form. Wow. The only mark I have against him, based on the recent box scores, is his subpar three-point shooting.

For reference, he was 1-1 against KOGAS, 0-2 against Anyang, and 1-4 against KCC.
