Dave is lucky to play in a country where he looks like their local celebrities/oppas.

Same as Dwight in Japan.

They're doing a better job than us developing and converting our prototypical undersized 3/4's into guards wtf. If only Baltazar decided to play there. :( I hope KQ doesn't get blinded by money when he decides where he will play. I think KBL is a better option for development than JBL.

The Koreans literally have 6'5"-6'7" wings, and 6'6"-6'8" tweeners. I think that might be their inclination. And, watching Gutang play, he looks more like a guard than a wing.

Is Gutang a homegrown or foreign grown?

US-born to Filipino parents.

That explains the mobility and guard skills for his size. He might be ineligible though. This is still good. Guys like Dave shifting to guard. Mobile 6-3 to 6-5 homegrowns may be inspired to hone their guard skills to be attractive to the KBL scouts. Guys like Lopez might have an advantage with their African lineage. However, the KBL's restrictive rule on Asian imports gives the homegrowns with mostly Asian gene pool an opportunity.

Gutang was ruled eligible by FIBA.

It's wild that in the past, SJ and Tamayo would still be in our college teams. Instead they're developing against overseas pros (while making bank). That's good progress. Anyone against this is alam mo na.

Even Kai Sotto. Did not even set his foot in college.

Where is Roosevelt Adams right now? Is he still playing in Japan?

How about Jordan Heading, where is he now? How come he isn't playing in the B-league? Is he still injured? Sayang si Heading, I like him playing for Gilas becoz he is such a very good shooter.

Roosevelt Adams is with Yamagata Wyverns in the B2 while Jordan Heading is still recovering from his injury that sidelined him from the recently-concluded World Cup.
