If I were Kai's camp, I would play as many scrimmage arrangements games in the US in May. Have them videod. And send them to all teams. Just flat out show your skills..

How does one even find a 1 hour old video with 15 views so fast? The YouTube channel in question doesn't even have 500 views total. Who is "they'?

Google.. that's what appeared on top of my search. When I searched for Kai Sotto news (flitered released today). Honest

They is what is reported after the deadline has passed . They can't say Kai's no longer entering in 2022. As that would be contradictory to his listed eligible draft year of 2022. (This is actually so stupid..it's common knowledge that eligible year means automatically entered!. Look at Ariel-Hukporti eligible year it's 2024 not 2022!

Lol Don't get your hopes up. If he ends up in Europe, he'll struggle to get minutes like he did back in Creighton.

If I were Kobe, I'd stay in Japan and work on my game.

He's still a relatively good player. He just needs to work on his game and minimize his attention whoring.

But I hope he still stays with Niigata. There's a possibility the their imports will be replaced though especially the old ones like Jeff Ayres.

So if Kai is undrafted and unsigned he is still eligible next draft?

Based on my research technically yes (could not find anything that would disallow teams using a 2023 draft pick on kai), but from practical point of view this is improbable, as if a team was interested in Kai, they would just sign him prior to draft (there is a reason it never has happend in practice)

Signing of FA however is permissible to a specific period. (So not sure you can sign FA in period from April to July)

1JDL should have gone straight to T1 League after his failed B-League stint rather than going the 3x3 route and ABL

1GDL and Kobe even Javi are better fit in T1 since the league has a faster pace compare to B.League.

seriously can we just stop with all this nonsense of whether he is automatically eligible or not?

let's just act as mature individuals age notwithstanding and just enjoy the obvious, that Kai actually had a strong showing in the NBL and that he really has a shot to become the best center in Asia and Oceania sooner rather than later

Wow. Sir Cocoy. You changed a lot. Lol

Direct flights to Manila from Australia are still limited. So Singapore as stop may be another option ...

Diretso siya sa hometown nya which is Indonesia.

Haha. Joke only. Don't murder me.

Lol. Uy International Forum to.

They may believe you. Hahaa.

Btw, Kai Sotto is From the Philippines for All Non Filipino Readers there. Lmao

Kung di lang napasa na yung pool.

I would have thought Kai will play in Sea Games.

But that is overkill already.

And also, Combines and Elite Camp are the same time as Sea Games
