Filipino Players in Foreign Leagues

Kai's development in the context of Gilas serviceability is excellent , it becomes a problem when people over hype and call him a sure draft pick , that changes the overall expectation , and to be objective if the expectation is to compare him with NBA prospects born in 2002. he has been left behind, and has not improved at the same rate, ( kai was actually at a higher rating coming out of high school in 2020 , TSF , 65 in top 100 ESPN) , but it's not that he regressed , but others improved at a much higher rate.
again the context of FIBA Asia, even including Australia and NZ , Kai is really a top of his class for Asia Pacific centers born in 2002, that's not bad at all, do not spoil it by expecting him to be a serious draft prospect for 2022 ( which unfortunately he is NOT) , yun yung problema that others put on him, they set the expectation too high and actually provide false information on his real rating status. If Kai was a NBA draft prospect for 2024 (not this year) , for an Asian he would be like Zhou and Yi , which is not bad at all. the whole Ignite stuff making him a one and done expectation for an Asian honestly was a bad idea...

Contrary to what people misinterpret, those who correct the incorrect high expectations are not Kai haters, they're just haters of the hype ( yun lang), to Add those with unrealistic expectation like Peezons and Astig are actually unfairly treating Kai , they are the one's making life difficult and unfair for Kai /B]

Why would Kai be like the other 2 when Yi was a lottery pick at age "20":D while Qi was drafted in the 2nd round at age 20? Kai's name is not even in the mock drafts, will turn 20 by May this year.

Just by mere definition, it is very clear that the MOCK wouldn't be very accurate.

A mock draft is a sports term for a fake draft that simulates how a draft will take place. The draft is used to project where players will be picked in real sport drafts and fantasy sports drafts.

Also, created by mere writers and not real scouts.haha

Analyze is also insisting that NBA TEAMS SCOUTS were stating their intentions when checking players. Who would do that?lol They may be featured in articles but they won't really divulge their intentions and what are their agenda. It is like giving free scouting reports to competitors if they would state their observations.haha

Analyze is questioning the whole NBA organization for putting Kai the 3rd best Ignite player over mere writers who most likely doesn't play basketball.hehe

The best Center in ASIA-OCEANA of his age group cant compete to untested NCAA bigs like CHET, Duren, Kessler, Edey and the likes. Try harder analyze!haha Wala ng kwenta ang actual player impact mas magaling daw yung NCAA Bigs.lol

No one has ever suggested NBA mocks are accurate in determining order of picks and which teams will pick who. Or reports that teams openly say who they will pick. This is again a false accusation.

The accuracy of drafts I'm referring to is limited to the statistical factual accuracy, that 99 % of those drafted belong to top 100 consensus (not 1 mock) ratings 3 months prior to draft day.
This again isn't opinion, but actual statistical historical fact.

99% does not mean impossible! But means super super unlikely.

Here are 2 top 100 list ..(these are not mocks , but simply a list of top 100

Whatever is the agenda of ESPN of deliberately snubbing Kai and putting him in the top 200 is already too glaring and obvious!haha

In the end, Kai has his own agent and marketing team. Givony could hype Chet all he want but still he is a very risky lottery pick.

The clear path for Kai this year would be determine mid to end of May. Baka masunog ka nana naman Analyze wag kang pasisiguro.haha sobra pa namang tahimik ng EWP.lol

EWP like every agent is quite, can you even give me.one quote of any agent saying anything or promoting their client publicly. Wala ganoon.
It's media that is reporting who are in the radar not agents LOL

And as of EWP , I actually have discussed Kai recently with them (if you only knew). And none of what you're suggesting that he is a seriously being considered for the 2022 draft by NBA teams secretly is at all remotely close.

It does not matter if ESPN has an agenda in not listing certain players in the past in top 100 if that accusation was true at all . If so then the actual results of the draft would expose this agenda and practice but it hasn't as 99 % accuracy pa rin over last 5 years who have been drafted belong to top 100 list. I do not know why Peezones does not understand historical statistics results.?

Show an article and data about that historical claims of yours.haha puro bias opinions mu naman yan. 3rd ignite best player top 200 bigla.haha unless the narrative of espn is to set Kai as 2023 prospect, yun lang talaga ang explanation.haha pero if yan ang scenario sunog kana naman na auto eligible si kai this year.lol

Compare the actual 2021 draft with the top 100 ESpN list published in April 2021. Fact 100% of those drafted in 2021 were in the top 100 ESPN list in April 2021

Merely talking to EWP doesn't mean they're seeking my advise or consultation. Wala naman bawal mag tanong or talk LOL

Confusing people again...no one is suggesting by a scout watching in the arena they are revealing their intention to select a player LOL. . And anyway these are not my stories , it's reported in media . That so and so (Celtics and Spurs ) scouts were watching in the arena and discussing with NBL coaches certain prospects

with the way kai is playing, he is simply not getting the nods of scouts, analyst, coaches and sportswriters to be drafted. only 8 games left. the time for him is closing awfully fast.

Thirdy's game seems to be becoming more cautious and guard like. He doesn't even bother to contest the opposing bigs anymore when he gets switched onto them in the paint. He seems to look for assists more and his ballhandling has noticeably improved.

So he probably is still being developed to play point.

It's probably his own decision to play like that, there are so many other small guards in his team. Props to him if that's the case, Thirdy has always seem pretty self aware of his game.

Shiga with another heart breaker. Just a 1 point loss. Keifer had the last shot but rimmed out.

San-En fulfilling its promise to make Ferdinand as PG. something coach branislav failed to do on ferdinand..

JLA has fallen off the top contenders for the MVP. It is now a two man race between Bryce Cotton and Jaylen Adams. The Most Improved Player race has also been trimmed to a three man race between big mens JLA, Yanni Wetzell and Xavier Cooks.

The Rookie of the Year contenders are Luke Travers, Buol Kuol, Izaya Le’afa. Mason Peatling and Makur Maker. No Kai Sotto in the ROY contenders.
