Erik Dy, in the same interview, mentioned SEAG 2025 will use FIBA rules. No surprise considering Cambodia abused the OCA rules in 2023.

It's one of those rare times I actually agreed with the Hagop rule.

Yes Sir..

for me I think it's a fair game.

using FIBA rules in the coming SEAG in Dec. hopefully from now on and to the succeeding one

will encourage SEA Zone to develop and strengthen their respective grassroot development moving forward.

PHI and THAI had a clear advantage on it

on part our landscape are much deeper

as for the Thailand, Lamb, Morgan and Lish are already exempted years ago and we have Hodge and Banchero recently.

so with that recent decision,it is now clearer

it is safe to say that 10 years is the magic number if we want to request for an exemption.

so for AK34 and Motor Mike either 2027 or 2028 is the ideal year.

but first the PBA should allow Ange to submit his application for the coming PBA Draft.

to fasten his exemption.

I hope coach Tim's proposal of having "every Monday" Gilas practice would get an approval by the PBA. & I hope Gilas starts its every Monday practices late May or the 1st Monday of June. If this would push thru, Gilas would get an additional 8 or 9 days of training session which I think will be very very crucial for its campaign in the 2025 Asia Cup. Addional practice days are badly needed by this team.
