I dont know why the guy was banned. I dont think having poor grammar and being passionate in your posts should get one banned. The guy has some questionable opinions but can I say some here have posted more outrageous stuff and have not been banned. Add to that the guy probably has limited space in sharing his opinions being in the middle east.

Robert should be here and somehow the leesh for Gideon and Cocoy was way longer. Robert is multiple times way more decent than both Cocoy and Gideon. Robert may have issues expressing himself and that might be the reason for him to post in Tagalog sometimes.

The leash is the same. Before you get banned you get multiple PMs, if you listen youll be ok if not youll be banned like Cocoy. Robert just couldn't stop attacking Cocoy, hence he got banned. I hoped he trusted us mods to do our part instead.

It is a welcome development that finally the legendary Cocoy was axed in this forum. Though I will miss our exchanges, the other side should stop personally attacking the opposing posters. We all have our lives outside of this forum and we don't need to tackle it here or in socmed just because they were losing badly in their arguments in IBN. They should all remember that they will reap what they sow eventually.

It seems South East Asian people are too short, Philippines have lucky that Kai is there to increase the height of their basketball team, But most of SEA people are too short... Maybe the reason why ASEAN basketball can't be successful due to height discrepancy... If teams like Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam are atleast 5 inches taller than their average height, They can match up w/ any Asian teams in FIBA Asia.... Philippines experienced the same before and that is very frustrating that Philippines losing especially in the battle of the boards (rebounds)....

Yes. Give the guy another chance. One, the guy is passionate but not a troll. Second, bad grammar shouldnt be a reason for expulsion. Third, using some Tagalog should not lead to a permanent ban.

It wasn't his language skills that lead to a ban but rather he got too angry at Cocoy and wouldn't stop crossing the line despite warnings that continuing such behaviour would lead to a ban.
