Fener fired Itoudis. Hehe, where he will now try so hard to behave like Obradovic...never liked him. He was decent in Banvit but when he started to be arrogant and forgot who gave him chance firstly, I began to dislike him. Dorsey must celebrate now.

so the rumour is that jasikevicius going to be feners coach. i dont know how to feel. never liked the man when he coached barcelona. but maybe his system might work in fener.

I read Jasikevicius is out and Trinchieri is negotiating with FB...
 
It is said that Itoudis behavior and the atmosphere led to this decision. He didnt look comfortable at all the last 3-4 games.

caglar torun and someone i know (ik, cringe) says that jasikevicius is going to be feners coach.

by the way totally off topic but i love how hayes reacted to the news (and maybe new coach) on his ig story. :D
 
Jasikevicius is an overrated coach. Trinchieri would be a much better choice imho.
 
Having Jasikevicius as a new coach after Itoudis is like selling the old Peugeot 206 to buy old Peugeot 105.
 
Whoever come won't change anything before roster rebuilding

Itoudis is good coach but he made big transfer mistakes, 1st season was crutial, Willbekin as "leader" was suicide(3 years contract:mad:), Calathes was 2nd big mistake. Bjelica 3rd

Idea was to build team around one player and that was right attitude, but you can't afford to have clown like Willbekin as a leader
 
Problem with Fener isn't coach but president who doesn't have a clue about basketball
Fom the moment he came Fener's decline started. Even Obradovic's last season was disaster

Just comparasion him with guys like Vatutin or Covic who are guys 100% dedicated to basketball makes me cry

the contracts of many players in the team actually expire at the end of the season. jasikevicius could get a long-term contract if he gets a promise that his demands will be met. but before that, gherardini, komsuoglu and yannier need to be fired from this club in order for him to be comfortable in the club. the coaches cant be the only ones to blame for the last 3 years, can they?

ibrahim kutluay could be general manager for example.
