I guess he is waiting for a good offer after the World cup he is not participating
:p

Speaking of the World Cup I know this is off topic, but a prediction game for the World Cup has been started in that forum.

the article mentions him as a replacement for the injured Dogus Ozdemiroglu, but I think Efes needs a guard instead of Larkin, who may miss most of the season again either by being injured or by recuperating.

Virtus Bologna were very interested in Montero as well.
But I don't think you'll ever find a player to replace Petar Naumoski as your ideal Efes PG.:o

:D

Partizan are still searching for a couple of players. Milano want a PG too but iirc that depends on the future of Pangos.

There are articles saying about Calathes not being Partizan's priority and others saying that he is close to Milano.
How crazy would it be if he signed eventually to Olympiacos?

Ok, so Mykhailiuk for now is not coming to Panathinaikos. He is even ready to accept two way contract in the NBA  but maybe he will arrive later.
Grigonis is in the Athens since 1st of August, training and fighting for the spot in the roster and for now with him the roster is closed. (Saras must be delighted :p)
I am actually cool with that. With Ataman as a coach I think he will be very good in his system. Obviously Mykhailiuk would be cherry at the top but it is what it is for now. So, it should be -
Sloukas-Grant-Moraitis
Vildoza-Guy
Papapetrou-Grigonis(Mykhailiuk)
Juancho-Mitoglou-Mantzoukas
Lessort-Balcerowski-Kostas Ant
Ataman always plays with short rotation, 9 guys max so I think this is actually pretty decent. Obviously defense in the backcourt is concerning but the offense should be crazy. Also having Juancho who can play at 3 is really nice, big guys can stretch the floor apart from the Lessort...so all in all, I am satisfied and the top 6 is the minimum of mine expectations.

What about Clyburn and Efes?

According to serbian medias Zvezda sent offer to him.

He is under contract until 2024

But I am curious why CZ needs him considering they already have 2 great players on that postion, I mean Davidovac and Giedraitis are among top10 small forwards

I think that Giedraitis and Hanga will play SF, Nedovic and new player on SG. Davidovac probably PF but he is very limited player.

Clyburn can take minutes on PF but I think that whole news are quite trash. I dont know even why I asked for it. :D

Is there any chance for Efes to let Clyburn go?
Why would he leave now that Ataman is out of the team?
By the way, this situation with Ataman having bad relationship with the best players of the team needs to change!

trashonis is staying for now with the team, [deleted - Levenspiel] to get another player as soon as possible until mykhailiuk decides that he wont find what he is looking for in the nba.

Justus Hollatz to Efes is interesting signing. Regarding he is young player with German character and noticeable basketball IQ(from what I saw until now), Larkin could make from him something decent.
Like he did with Micic.

Larkin:
I have always been grateful for the opportunity to be on the national team. And I had conversations with different people within the federation about the future and how good I think we could be. It is truly heartbreaking to see how I am being thrown under the bus when I’ve done everything asked of me except go and put my health at risk by playing with a knee at 70%. I truly do appreciate everything that this country has meant to my life. I feel like this is a second home to me and I genuinely can’t bring myself to understand how we are even in this situation right now, but I guess that is just how things work. I love Turkey and will always love Turkey. And regardless of how any of this plays out, I’m still going to do my best to give back to the country. At this point, my love for Turkey goes way beyond basketball. No amount of fine or punishment can change that. My heart is here and with the people and I PROMISE you will see that.”

What a great guy, that's why I love him and he deserves much more respect then this.
Putting him in same level with clown Willbekin is big shame for TBF

"Larkin has stated that he views Turkey as "more of a home" when asked about the possibility of playing for the Turkish national team.".
When Walkup was asked about the possibility of playing for the greek national team, he started laughing..
I guess Larkin wanted it a little bit more

Mychailiuk signed for the Celtics. So the insider of the forum was probably on his boss' drugs and started mistaken the 2 clovers. Another great done deal.

Fener waived Neto. That's not a great look for the club. Not that they have to keep him but I always feel good for injured athletes when their team's support them when injured.

After "done deal" Mirotic, I guess another "done deal" was not-so-done in the end :p
