But even if it was, why would it matter? Greece is an EU member, we don’t differentiate between EU and American players. They all fall in the “foreign” category.

there is no foreign limit in aba league, and they skipping to play serbian league, so they only have limit of 4 strangers for 2 games in serbian cup..
 
After PJ Dozier, Frank Kaminsky signed with Partizan.
Any thoughts on these 2 players?

Dozier should be great for the Partizan. I think he is great fit. Kaminsky ehmmm, I don't know. He will be good in the offense, but he will struggle a lot in the defense. He is out of the NBA because of his defense. And I don't know how much Zeljko will tolerate that. He is slow, slow feets so I believe opponents will attack him most of the times in the p&r. Right now I don't know what Euroleague player comes to my mind as a comparison, but let say Dubljevic. Kaminsky is better in the offense but a little bit worse in the defense. He can stretch the floor really good tho.

That was my impression on Kaminsky while watching some youtube clips. It looks he will cover PF and C.
Which means Parrizan needs to add one more C, more defensive player.

Dozier is player with great physical abilites, speed, size, hand span, medium level technique fundamentals, combo player without exact position. With him is similar idea like with Exum.
Kaminsky has been great prospect, 2015-17 was on his top. In this period he has played power forward. In meanwhile,he got more strength, he had playing last few years on center. Also, he is in fall last 4 or 5 years, in any team he hasn't at least decent role.
Strength and speed is so-so, rather lack then advantage.
Good technical fundamentals for center,he hasn't clear forte , probably mixture of his size and his shooting abilities is his biggest quality. In certain sense is all-round player.

Will they still move for a PG or are they going to try Dozier there?
 
It looks like Partizan will not sign point guard, pass first, who creates for others, control the pace.So, Dozier should be the player on pg who makes advantage by physical abilities with size, strength and speed.
 
Mykhailiuk done to PANATHINAIKOS. He still has some days to find a contract in the nba. If not,he will be soon announced. Then whats left is dorsey and to make sure we end grigonis' career by not letting him go unless he brings back the money we gave to csska

Where this hate comes from? PAO was a mess last season and Grigonis wasn't so bad there.

Grigonis is a trash, overrated and probably the worst lithuanian to ever play for the team. All he did the whole season was faking injuries and cycle behind the bench. He should be thankful to the team getting him out of russia (he could end up like milutinov staying one season in russia, not that good for a lithuanian during the war). We gave way too much money for a guy who proved that didnt want to come and just took advantage of us looking for new players. So he eithers gives something back or we can keep him benched the whole season, making his next choice tougher and probably causing him to drop level. An eye for an eye.
 
Curious if the Ukrainian will be announced along with Shengelia and Mirotic as the other done deals of the summer
 
mykhailiuk will be announced as soon as mike james is announced by loserbiakos and mirotic wasnt announced because he had already agreed with loserbiakos. they both were the ones to offer themselves to loserbiakos. but loserbiakos chose better players, sikma and goss

back in reality though, just like bargniani case some years ago (800K for 4 months according to non paper by loserbiakos press, but they ended up with hakeem warrick for 80K for the same time), mirotic 2,5 million/year were actually 500K for some random american playing in the worst team of euroleague every year (sikma) and james 2million are actually 900K, the money the gave for goss who is the one who replaced sloukas, even though the red sheep still believe that goss case is indipendent from sloukas, because thats what the journalists say (or what their journalists are told to say). but if loserbiakos fans are happy to replace their (BY FAR) 2 best players with goss and sikma, who cares.

grigonis is by far the worst of all. even javtokas was better because he wasnt there as the best paid player in the team, he was just the 3rd option as center after batiste and tomasevic. all of the lithuanian players have offered to the team, apart from this garbage cyclist, who made the team pay so much and he didnt do shit. so he either brings money back, or hapefully the team causes problems with his career same way he caused problems to the team with his non stop fake injuries and 0 contribution. he never even went past a player even in the greek league...

saras,siskauskas,maciulis,gudaitis,lekavicius all of them offered more compared to trashonis, taking in concern the money spent and the role they had in the team.
