European Competitions 2023/24 - Signings & Rumours

feners medical staff says hello :p

He is better player with one leg then Willbekin with 2 legs and 2 arms

In your strange logic GSW should have written off both Splash brothers because long term injuries, Thompson 2 years I think

Where was that medical stuff when Bjelica came. Who brought him is for instant shooting

Your love for Calathes and Teodosic doesnt make any sense.

Yes it does. They are both terrific playmakers. I only wish Euroleague had more playmakers like Calathes.

Right now, if any contending team is smart enough should take Calathes as a backup point guard for 10-15 minites. He can still offer a lot in that role.

If they were in their primes I would agree but not at their current level but I agree with Calathes as a backup center but the problem is that he is heavily overpaid. And I am sure Jazz was not thinking about a 10-15 minutes role.

Calathes is still excellent playmaker, especially in reduced role at this stage of his career. Not being able to shoot doesn't take anything away from his playmaking ability.

His athleticism is gone, he cant finish with his fast first step, except a few games his defense was shitty. 2 Million euros for just passing and play making is far too much but ok.

I don't know man. I can see where y'all coming from but there is something aesthetically pleasing when watching Milos play that is just not there when Calathes is playing.

Calathes has his pros and cons that we have been over a trillion times over in this forum. Teo has his pros and cons too (actually they feel like completely complementary players, with good passing being their only intersection). I wouldn't want to be in a position to pick one of the two. Gun on my head though, I've been so tired of Calathes that I would pick Milos in a heartbeat.

I'm not saying he should be getting that kind of money. It's one thing to play 30 minutes in a role that you can't fill in at this age, but completely another when you have a reduced role for about 10-15 minutes. The only question is whether Calathes is willing to accept that role. We weren't talking about his contract anyway, but his playmaking ability. The man is an all time Euroleague's leader in assists. I guess he and Teo have at least one thing in common - passing.

Not enough.

Ok I didn't recognize irony

But I doubt that's the case, it's rather awful scouting or whatever we call it, so he isn't under radar at all
It's obvious that fener goes for Sloukas this time
