Beabouis almost done to panathinaikos. Would be great if considered the backup sg. I just hope we dont go with vildoza as the starting pg. Punter is still the main target in the backcourt, but i think we need one more right there along vildoza,beabouis and perhaps punter. Mainly a pass first pg, even calathes if we need greeks.
Calathes,vildoza,punter,beabouis is a good backcourt + the g/f. Will that be bryant,grigonis (he has contract), matt thomas (he doesnt have contract but we have the option to keep him)? We will find out.

Grigonis under Ataman would be very good. From those 3 I would take Grigonis.

From those 3 he is also the worst defender. Beabouis is a very good defender however he is getting older, we don't know when the big downfall will start, so he needs to be used wisely. A backcourt with punter,vildoza and one more pg needs others to defend as well. Of course campazzo would be the best choice but since he will end up in real Madrid we must see what are the other options. if it is for example Mike James, then out of the 3,Bryant would be the right choice to add defence and siza. Even ponitka if ataman plans to use someone like he did with Simon, then ponitka is the closest to that (without the shooting skills,but with punter,vildoza,beabouis you don't necessarily need that)

How nice to have less problems than other teams... According to rumors, Tamir Blatt and Braian Angola are done deal. Nebo, DiBa and Cohen are likely to stay, with question mark about Nebo. Poythress, Hilliard and Hollins have contracts until 2024, so not sure what will happen and what exit causes are... In any case, Baldwin, Brown, Colson and Sorkin extended their contracts. We do need stretch 4/5, and may be swingman.

lessort is supposed to have declined the offer according to sport24.gr which is an anti-panathinaikos site with clowns like harris stavrou as their main journalists. i didnt write that he has agreed with the team, i wrote that the team is interested in him. btw ataman had a meeting with raznatovic last week, its among others lessort's agent as well (and punter's). if we get both of them, obradovic outrage on press will be hilarious against raznatovic (after spanoulis departure that is)
punter has no contract for next season so partizan cant just keep him in the team, he must agree with them to stay. the offer from panathinaikos is 2,5m/year. can partizan match this offer?

I don't know if it is a reliable source, but many sites rely on this source to publish this as fact.
I suppose that Partizan will not match the offer for Punter but I have the sense that he would agree to sign to Partizan for something more than 1.5m/year of his last contract with them. If the only factor is money, then probably he will come to Panathinaikos. But I have my doubts.

We do not have extra money. Not that I would mind having Punter, Leday and Lessort in Maccabi...But none of them will come.

It seems Erdem Can and Efes are safe now. Erdem Can will also bring one Turkish guy from TT Ankara to Efes and its Erkan Yilmaz. A larentzakis type player who makes the dirty jobs like defending, rebounding and partly giving the ball a direction. Very athletic and intense guy who must develop his outside shot but coach Can knows what he can do on the court.
